Had my vehicle at a different shop and they were unable to fix the issue meaning I had to get it to the dealership. After a few calls, I came across AJs Towing.The price was affordable but the best part was he handled pick up and release of keys from the shop, to then drop off at the dealership service center. Placed the keys and the info into the box and sent me a picture of completion.For not being really apart of this transaction, I am very happy with the service. AJs Towing now has my business any time I think of towing. Thank you Sir for everything.

Prompt service, attention to detail, pleasant demeanor!AJ’s Towing just got me home when I was in an after-hours bind. Called around, he offered a fair price for a late evening service, and he said he could be there in 25 minutes. He was there in 25 minutes. He wanted to try a few basic things first in case there was a simple reason why my car wouldn’t start (jump the battery, look for loose cables), which unfortunately didn’t work but 10 points for the effort. Then, not only did he expertly get my classic Z32 300ZX onto his trailer without scraping the front end, he was able to deliver it DIRECTLY into my garage. To boot, my son and I rode with him the 16 miles in his truck, and the conversation was very pleasant. I’m pleased to support this independent owner/operator.Services: Special vehicle towing

After having a bad experience with one of their drivers almost hitting my car I was treated very rudely! Before I could explain who ever I spoke with started off with blaming me saying if I was speeding or following too closely it was my fault I said no let me explain instead of cutting me off. I explained what happened so he said they have cameras on their trucks and they would review it! I simply wanted them aware of the situation as this driver almost hit my little car with my whole family in there had I been a second later on hitting my breaks I would have hit his truck! Not how someone in customer service should have talked to anyone!
