First off, I loved the fact that I was able to make an appointment, and get my blood work done and analyzed in 45 minutes. I have a very chaotic schedule, so making one trip rather then multiples was one of the initial reasons I chose the Hot Clinic.BUT, I have to say, that wasn't the only reason I came out satisfied. I came in to check my testosterone levels and see if i would benefit from testosterone replacement therapy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My blood work was explained to me in detail, and every question I had was answered with ample information.Once everything was broken down for me, we decided to try a three month plan, which I will say was extremely affordable compared to other places I've talked to.Overall, I had a great experience, and only after a week I'm already feeling better through my daily life. If you're considering TRT, give the HOT Clinic a call or email and give it a try. You won't regret it.

Great place. Everyone was friendly and open. The HOT Clinic focused on more on my needs. They even checked on me after my 1st treatment. This was the best decision. Since I started on my treatment I felt better and better. I checked with other doctors this seem to be the best place and friendliest.

This place is the best of the best not only when it comes to Covid testing but as well as IV therapy. Ed and Michael are so knowledgeable! Through some of my sickest days they helped get me back into fighting form

The best of the best! Not only is it THE place for fast and efficient Covid testing but their IV therapy is the absolute best! Every time I have been unwell, even with Covid, they have always helped get me back into fighting form! Ed and Michael are amazing and so knowledgeable!

The worst. Never answer, never follow up. Bro science, worst. If you go to your first appointment and you talk with the Dr. on zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or whatever form they use, RUN! It’s a step up above going to a black market dealer. Don’t do it.

Very impressed with them. Went for TRT and did not know what to expect. First of all this was probably the best medical office I've been too. From the snacks and refreshments to the comfortable chairs in the waiting room. The receptionist was very nice. I forget one guys name who took my blood sample but he was very nice as well. Had a consultation with Mike Z and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, patient, and just had a very cool calm demeanor which made the process much easier for me. All in all 10/10 from the staff to the office. Will be returning.

Attention THE BEST PLACE ! Customer Service 10/10 Professionalism 10/10 I honestly never felt more blessed to find The Hot Clinic Little back ground story I'm traveling to El Salvador so I needed to get my Covid test that shows I'm not sick So I go to my local Walgreens to get a FREE COVID 19 test I took the test 7/19/21 before I took my flight on 7/21/21 Comes the day of my flight and no email no nothing I'm running around like a headless chicken freaking out come to find out when I called Walgreens everything was sent out and I should call Lab Corp So I do and to my absolute surprise Lab Corp doesn't have anything in their systems about me not a single thing! Enraged emotional and nearly in tears I found this Heavenly place with the sweetest angel Ani She helped me and explained everything perfectly and rested my heart on that all will be okay. I kept contact with her through and through and sure enough everything went smoothly and I'm happily on my way to El Salvador!!! THANK YOU ANI FOR BEING THE BIGGEST BLESSING! May you be blessed as much as you bless me today.

Had a covid test for a production. Receptionist polite and professional. Test was conducted efficiently. Only issue was a technical problem with the online form that was needed to be filled out by myself and one other patient there at the same time. Should have been a 5 min process from beginning to end instead became a 15 min process for both of us without the online form being resolved as of today (24 hours later).

The HOT Clinic is the place to go for your COVID testing needs both in clinic and onsite. Not only are they professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with, they have some of the best rates available during this hard time. They have tested hundreds of clients for my productions in less than an hour with 100% accuracy and flawless progression. They should be your only call. The amazing thing is The HOT Clinic isn't just for COVID, they have an amazing list of offerings such as hormone therapy, IV's infusions, and overall health and wellness services. They have become like family to me and I will forever give them my business.

I only have positive things to say about my experience. From the front desk receptionist being super kind and attentive to Jackie whom performed the actual test being gentle and soft while doing so, it was overall a great experience. Plus they treat you well during all this crazy going on and if need be I'll be returning right back here! Thank you Hot Clinic!

Got some IV drip recently with zinc, b complex, and other vitamins and felt a big difference in my energy and focus levels. Ed is super nice and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this place

Unfortunately I received an email response that was quite rude and unprofessional and interestingly not signed!! So I would find another clinic and spend money with a nicer more professional staff.

Great experience! I went in for a Covid test. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It was a smooth and easy process with quick results. I highly recommend this place.
