I’m so glad CVS photos were not working when I stumbled on this place to take my daughter’s passport photos!! The guy had already closed is store for the day but was so kind to let us in. So professional, clean, kind. And supporting small business!!! Thank you

No need to go into details other than sum up the behavior of someone who should appreciate anyone who walks thru his door for service: cold, rude, dismissive. He asked me if I had been to his store before and when I said no, he replied "read the sign" It basically stated "doing you a favor and can not be held liable". I picked up my package and went straight to fed-ex where I know they will be accountable and kind. There are too many stores offering the same service that actually will treat you with respect and appreciate your business. I am loyal as the day is long and will honor a business forever, if treated kindly. Don't ruin your day by stepping into his negative energy.

The owner is so helpful. I've had my box here for years and he always goes out of his way to help me. He knows all of his box customers and gives us unparalleled service. For all of the reviewers who walk in and have expectations that he should provide services or materials for free... do you work for free? It's a business people. You sound entitled not mistreated.

We have been customers of Ben's ShipNet for about 20 years. In our lengthy business relationship, Ben has shown himself as a wonderful human being who doesn't charge enough and repeatedly does favors for his customers. This small business owner is the kind we WANT to succeed. Ben goes above and beyond to be helpful and generous - almost to a fault. Any negative reviews tell me more about the (entitled) reviewer than this business - IMHO. I will continue to promote this very worthy essential business.

Ben is awesome! I love the guy. He's always very friendly and helpful. I drop off packages to be shipped every other week and he's the best. These negative reviews make no sense. Of course he's going to charge you for boxes or tape. What do people expect??? His business is helping you ship packages. He's not UPS or USPS. If you want packaging for free then go somewhere else.

I've gone this store twice and both times the owner has been short and rude also he has refused to take my card both times. (IN COVID!?!?) Do not go into the store such a waste of time there's so many other better shipping stores in the area

Worst customer service ever. Walked in to purchase a box or a mailer. Seems like it is the place for this. But guess what, you can't just buy it from them, they either charge $8 for packing or "if it's too much, go to post office". All said with not the most friendly manner. Really? $8 for a tiny box? I'll go to the post office, of course. But maybe you can consider a better approach to business to accommodate even those who just want to get a shipping supply from you, that you do have plenty of
