I go to this particular Ralph's often. Everything is great about the store including how nice everyone is. The only problem that I see is that the fried chicken isn't as tasty as it used to be. Now it's not seasoned as good and often soggy not crunchy like fried chicken is supposed to be. Can you get the last cook back even if just for cooking the chicken?

Rude unknowledgeable employee.
I work nights and have few options in my neighborhood for groceries when I get off work at 6am. I came here Tuesday 5/28/24 around 615am to grab a few things including Andre champagne. The only person who could check me out was this girl that said I'm not allowed to buy alcohol until 7am saying I could come back then. I'm not coming back/waiting, I need to go to bed. I'm not sure if the girl just didn't want to help me or was just an idiot because it's not the first time I've purchased alcohol that early at this same location. I even checked the California law on alcohol sales, which states that alcohol cannot be purchased between 2am-6am. So I went to a different Ralph's the next morning after work to see if this was at other locations too and didn't have an issue at the one on Burbank.
I didn't need the Andre but it would be nice when I get off work to be able to get everything I want at one place close to my home.

Variety of vegetables, meats, and seafoods which are not typically available at regular Ralph's. Also, have a great selection of wines and cheese. The service is similar to other regular markets. Check it out......

To start off there was a rude security lady accusing me of stealing when I'm a paying customer and , on a seperate occasion the manager started screaming at me and my gf to leave our items in the store before 1 am when we were on our way walking towards the self check out to pay; mind you the store is still open and there are customers in the store at the self check out paying for there groceries moral of the story is that i'm a loyal paying customer that shops at this particular store constintly and this incident made me feel uncomfortable and as though they lack good customer service

Do not shop here, find another store. As someone who has had a loyalty account for 15 years I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service that Ralph’s/Kroger now provides. I will never spend another dime here. I was in self check out, checking my items out when “Susan” in decided to void all of my items because I bought one 10 Cent bag instead of 2. I asked her to void the items that were not necessities, then she voided my entire cart and walked away. I asked to speak to her manager and she ignored me, I asked again and she turned and walked away from me, for a 3rd time I asked for her manager and she began helping another customer. If this business cares more about employing inadequate people than losing customers who used this franchise daily for personal and or business shopping, I’d rather shop at any other store. It says a lot to live a minute from this store and still chose to shop anywhere else.

I’m a loyal Ralph’s customer but not at this location. I got stopped by a lady in self checkout to see my receipt but she was very passive aggressive - instead of asking to see the receipt right away she asked if I paid for my items. I said yup! She then asked well do you have a receipt? I again said yup and finally she asks to see it. Why did she waste my time? Kroger shouldn’t have self checkout if they won’t be courteous to their customers. I won’t go back. It *is* clean though, but very stuffed to the brim so the rows are very narrow

It's hard to navigate with the 101 displays clogging up all of the isles. They are often out of at least 2 things I'm looking for. Staff is nice.
