I went in this morning after reserving a vehicle and was almost done until they told me they don't accept chime cards. I called yesterday and they told me they did. I even checked online and they told me they accepted chime. The girl that helped me wouldn't even try my payment. I have never had a issue with my card anywhere. It seems very discriminatory to not accept a visa a payment and quite frankly, if the card never said chime, she wouldn't have even noticed. So I don't get the big deal. They're so old school that they don't even have Apple Pay. Please change this. I needed a car in an emergency and instead of helping customers and being up to date with 2023 times, all forms of payment should be accounted. If I could give negative stars, I would.

My gorgeous BMW was slammed into and while in the body shop, after going through H*^% with the regular Enterprise, I demanded a car from Enterprise Exotic! These guys are PHENOMENAL!!! They got me in my ideal car, literally with a couple swap outs, within 3 days!! Gee, Chanukah and Spencer were absolute rockstars and I literally think I just found my next new car; Maserati Ghibli! Can't say enough about how professional, speedy and completely on the "same page" they were! Thank you all!! You've got a customer for life!

Love this place , Amazing customer service hands down they made me feel welcomed since I entered the facility ! I couldn't have chosen a better place and a better representative , ask for chanakn by far the best employee here and because of him ill be back every time for my future rentals , The best part is he made this very easy and very smooth , I literally walked in he attended me as if he had known me and that made me comfortable , he then showed me the car selection And specified the specs , he gave me recommendations and he knows his information so I chose something that fit my needs that he had recommended, he then processed every thing smoothly and fast for me , I walked out with the biggest smile feeling on top of the world ! Again major props and thanks to chanakn for my best experience

This by far is the worst experience I've ever had by any rental car company. I rented a Honda for one day turned it in to the office off of Pico, this Encino office mistakenly charged me $437. I spoke to the manager of the Encino office put them on the phone with the manager down off of Pico they knew I mistake was made but the manager over at the Encino office Manny told me that I should contact a lawyer or that I should dispute it with my credit card company. So I went to his boss Corky Abourisk. I spoke to him hoping to get the situation situated knowing that his office made a mistake immediately speaking with him I see that the training trickles down from the top so the behavior of Manny is what he was taught from his boss Corky because. Again I was referred to an attorney. They told me to collect the money from the next renter when they knew they charged me mistakenly!!!! REALLY!!!! I'm telling you I will give this office a -5 if it is all possible they are thieves here they will resolve nothing if you go here you will have a terrible experience, horrible place of business horrible management horrible upper management. This office is blatant thieves and they do not care! You do business here at your own risk but I would not!

I cannot believe the amazing deal I got for a mustang gt convertible. Not only that but the customer service was fast and officiant. They made it so easy to rent. Shot out to Chanukah and Max for helping me out. This Exotics Branch is not just an extension of Enterprise but it was an absolutely amazing experience! I will be back!!

Not just bad, terrible and shady 1 MONTH BEFORE RENTAL: I booked a BMW convertible for a great price a month in advance. It was a surprise for wife's birthday so we could drive up the coast. Employee is Austin and very nice/helpful. 1 WEEK BEFORE RENTAL: I reconfirmed 1 week in advance of my wife's birthday, and I expalined to the Manager what the special event it was for and he said if the BMW wasn't available, then they could offer a Porsche for the same price. I said any EUROPEAN convertible works, but not an American convertible. He said no prob. Manager is Chanakuh who seemed on the ball but was def not DAY BEFORE RENTAL: I get a VM from manager Chanakuh as they're closing the day before I'm supposed to get the rental and its the manager saying he doesn't have the BMW or Porshe and can offer a Camaro. I live in LA, not Arkansas, so that doesn't work and I made that explicity clear when reserving and reconfirming. DAY OF RENTAL: Its my wife's birthday and I was expecting the car. Instead I had to scramble to find a car for my wife's bday. I called the manager Chanakuh and asked how he could leave me stranded in this jam the day of the rental. I booked it a month in advance, reconfirmed a week in advance and was flexible saying anything European. He said they had nothing and he tried all the Exotic Car locations and Enterprise locations in LA and surrounding areas and there was nothing. This sounded shady and suspicious, so I called Beverly Hills Exotic Cars and they saved the day. The manager hooked me up with a Mercedes convertible for almost the same price (see my review for Beverly Hills Exotic Cars). I had to spend $$ to Lyft over to BH and pick up the car, so I spent extra money and lost precious 2 hours but it was my only option. The Encino branch and their manager is a shame to Enterprise and their Exotic line brand.

When buying or renting a car you never know what to expect. To be honest I didn't have high expectations when I came because I've had dealers who had been more clueless than me in the past! However here I was treated with respect, everything was made clear, every question seemed important, and they actually know their stuff! I highly recommend this place! Just wish I found it sooner

I was a bit hesitant at first, as I had had bad rental experiences in the past, but they were courteous and very helpful. There were even some complications with my reservations that they helped me with patiently and professionally. Highly recommend it!!
