I had to put these 70 pages of important documents into a PDF file/folder and email them. I had NO idea how to accomplish this. Both JALEN and RUDY made this task look easy! They had the experience and knowledge which I did not have. Each was courteous, efficient, professional, so pleasant and well skilled. I will choose this FedEx branch for ALL my future needs....and I will tell all my friends about the outstanding service I receive here. These 2 men represent your company very well! You are lucky to have employed them!

New management is handling the renovation awful. And the store manager Tg is absolutely disgustingly sarcastic. I'm a regular here to print my art and I used to love how well staff would help me out. But this lady is so rude for no reason. I mentioned I accidentally messed up so I have 3 codes to give her of ready-to-print and easily sized images. Only for her to give me a snarky comment such as " Next time you should bring only one code because we have a long line" Yeah... one person behind me trying to print something. My transaction took maybe a few minutes because I already know exactly what I want and how it needs to be printed. If she wasn't double tasking with another customer and getting nothing out of them anyways maybe I could've been out of the door even sooner. I will NEVER be returning to this location. It's unfortunate, but I'd rather pay for extra gas going elsewhere than all of these extra fees they started adding for stupid things like making a double sided print. I can't remember the nice worker with the ginger hair, she was always amazing at helping me out and knowing exactly what I need for the best price. I miss that type of service.

I had the displeasure of interacting with two associates today: Amy and Jalen. I printed my documents and also some flyers, which needed to be cut. In other Fedex locations, this is a quick ask and I'm done in a few minutes. I asked Jalen for help with the cut and he says "idk man I don't know if I will because it's some kind of laser cutter and I don't want to use it, but you can ask her and maybe she'll want to do it." I saw Amy was the associate he was referring to and she was working on something else. I waited ~10 minutes and said "hi would you be able to help me cut this? I'll just need one cut in half for these flyers." Amy says "after I'm done with the young miss" (gestures to a woman in the store) me: "okay, sure. Is it a big job? Should I come back or wait?" Amy: "It'll be a while, and I have other things to do before I get to you" okay, sure. I went over to the paper cutter to work on the stack. The paper cutter was dull and ended up mangling ~10 of my flyers. It was inconsistent and sometimes grabbed the edge, sometimes worked fine, but was hard to operate. When I went to check out with Jalen I notified him that the blade might be dull and he said "oh yeah that's broken it doesn't work I don't know who put it back out there". While cutting the paper I overheard Amy and Jalen talking about an order they received for a funeral for the next day. Jalen says "she wants XYZ" and Amy goes "if she wants it by tomorrow at noon she gets what she gets, we're not going to do everything she wants when she gets it to us last minute" Yikes.

Amy & TeeGee are extremely unprofessional rude and condescending and were very threatening to me over my service chihuahua who they scoffed at not believing she was a service dog so I had to email them all my proof and they were still assholes telling me where I can't charge my phone and having an "open drink" which then they both had to come threaten me about my f****** drink. All they do is take hour long shits in the bathroom and threaten customers like WTF were they going to do if I hadn't unplugged my charger and respectfully proved my dog was a service dog?? Forcibly bounce us out?? That's what FedEx is now?? F*** this place.

We came in to take a passport photo w our son who has autism. He was having a hard time and both people in the store were so kind and helpful and did their absolute best to make him feel better and be flexible with us. Just a really positive impression on a not so fun excursion. Just a thumbs up to nice, autism friendly business.

Soooo slow. I stood in line for over 10 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me, lol. I noticed another woman who needed help and was ignored for at least 10 minutes too. Then when I got up there...so slow. Nice people but if you can, go to the UPS down the block instead.

My husband and I just moved to the area and this will now be our go to place for all shipping and printing needs!! Both Ron and Laura were so patient and helpful. I'm currently pregnant and needed a lot of assistance with shipping out two large packages. They not only helped me repackage the shipment but were so friendly and kind! I manage a large 4-acre property and they are the type of people ANY company would DREAM of having as their staff!!! I left feeling so happy and thankful :) Please let Laura and Ron know they are great souls!!

This store needs a new assistant manager. I didn't get his name, but this assistant manager, a tall guy, is not fit for any job, left alone Managerial position. I needed to print some stuff. He said, and I quote, " I don't know how to operate those machines, because I'm tue manager. " maybe, you should be removed from this position, so you can learn how to do everything properly from ground up
