I highly recommend San Diego Marble and Tile!They carry a large selection of high quality tile that can fit everyone's design style. Most importantly, their customer service is beyond 5 stars! All the designers are great! I specifically worked with Kaycee. She was so helpful and patient as I was overwhelmed with all the tile choices and honing in on my vision for our kitchen remodel. She understood my design style right away and helped me to choose the perfect backsplash for our kitchen. I look forward to working with SD Marble and Tile for our next home project!

Our technician was awesome! He started with a consultation about our carpet and our needs. The process was seamless and efficient. It felt like he was in and out and we couldn’t believe the results. Beware. Really bad customer service and poor ethics. Overpriced products. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They input the wrong order and delivered the wrong product. Tiler picked up order, as is customary. Happened to visit the job site to see and saw the wrong tile being installed. Thankfully, caught it in time. Called to let them know. 3 weeks of chasing them down, messages going to voicemail finally heard from the owner. Instead of simply recognizing they input the wrong item into the order, he took zero accountability. He spun it around, said I changed my mind, used the product and that it is my problem. I now have 2 days worth of extra costs in labor and weeks delayed in finishing. Really bad experience. This kind of bad service and small minded thinking in business serves no one. Do not settle. Not worth it when dealing with all the other stresses that come with a remodel. Advice- Never ever pay their asking price. They mark up their products significantly. Shop it around. Found price differentials by as much as $5+/ Foot.

Our pool contractor, Dream Pools, sent us to this store. What a treasure!! Talk about exceptional customer service!!! The staff person who is helping us is Lauren. She is such a delight! A pool project can be so overwhelming. It is quite an investment and you want to make sure you pick the right materials. We changed directions a couple of times and each time Lauren was so kind, patient, and helpful! She is even driving all the way to Clairemont (by Pasadena) to pick up our samples that were delayed and bring them back to Encinitas! We are so blown away by this level of customer service! We have several excellent tiles stores to choose from but we will purchase from SD Marble and Tile because of Lauren's care and service. We will tell all our friends about this store!

Went in on a busy Saturday morning and greeted upon arriving. Lisa R was so helpful. She did what I expected (and what many other tile stores lack): she asked questions about our project and immediately gave us great options, based on her knowledge of their products and what would fit with our wishes and concerns for our kitchen remodel. She also also helped us with the grout color and finished edge suggestions. I was impressed and relieved, after shopping for about 2 months online & several other tile stores and coming up empty. Thank you, Lisa! Great store with a very large selection of all types of tile & stone. Truly, unbeatable service too!

I purchased my pool tile from here and they were sooo helpful in doing research on what was pool safe, letting me take home samples and getting my tile delivered quickly. There is such a great selection of tile, highly recommend!

I visited San Diego Marble and tile and couldn't be happier. Lauren Mason helped me put together three bathrooms in one visit. I expected to have to come back several times as my wife can never settle on anything! She was even able to do a rendering to help us visualize our space when we couldn't see it. We can't wait for our remodel to be done, thank you San Diego Marble and tile!

Carla was so helpful in helping me choose tile for a bathroom remodel and checking to see that it was available. I had such a positive experience working with San Diego Tile and Marble! My bathroom is complete and it is gorgeous. Andy Warde did an excellent job on the tile! I couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend both SDT&M Andy Warde!
