Terrible. This place is great if you want the top half of your car clean. Unfortunately I was suckered into a 10 pack. The first visit was awesome...they do everything they can to sell you a 10 pack and then next visits were horrible. Only the top of my car is cleaned. They hardly vacuum and the entire bottom half of my car is still dirty. Such a bummer. If I did a half ass job like they do, I would be fired.

They ignored me when I went there. I had an oil change across the street so they gave me a complimentary car wash to shell. The guy in charge didn't greet me nothing. So I went inside to ask where do I go. I went back outside and he was there and totally rude. Not very helpful. Decided a free car wash from a rude person isn't worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there especially if you are non white.

I went back after not being too pleased with my detail, spoke with Marlon. He went above and beyond to detail my truck better than expected with no charge. I really appreciate his honesty & costumer service. I will always go back

I usually do all the maintenance on my own vehicles but when it comes to despising fluids I like to take it in to my man Kalvin. He has so much knowledge on how motors run and made my work truck run so good by adding 5-40 instead of 5-30 because how it burns, they did a transmission flush and radiator flush. Running SOO!! Much better now thanks again ??

Just tried to rip my mom off saying that she needed the engine oil flushed because it was low. She was there for a regular oil change and they tried to scam her because she doesn't know much about cars. Luckily she called me, NEVER going near here again. BTW she drives a newer Lexus and if the oil is low the car tells you. Either way, never heard of a "flush" of engine oil. SCAM ARISTS!

I have brought my last 3 vehicles here for oil changes. Beside being very affordable, fast and efficient, they go above and beyond for your safety! Could have been a big disaster, and ruin my holiday weekend! I will never go anywhere else. Customer for life! Trustworthy and honest! We need more businesses like this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I never figured I'd write a review for a gas station, but I absolutely must congratulate and praise James, aka Bear, the attendant at the store. He has to be the nicest, most polite and hard working individual I've ever met. It's evident that James cares about the customers and about the overall condition of the gas station. Great guy to talk to and I look forward to interacting with him again next time I stop by this gas station. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves from the upper brass at shell!

I get gas here pretty often but don't usually go inside the convenient store too often.. With the other day being an acceptation, I ran inside to use the restroom. When I asked for the restroom key, the cashier lady, I believe her name was Jennifer if I'm not mistaken.. She rudely rolled her eyes at me and then proceeded to give me the key in a rude manner talking under her breath. I was pretty upset with the way she acted towards me. Probably won't come back here anymore due to the horrible experience of customer service.

It's been awhile since I filled up at any Shell. I asked politely to the front cashier if Shell still accepts Ralph's rewards. She kept giving me attitude and rolling her eyes for no reason and saying "Uh Huh Uh Huh" in a rude like manner. Is that how you treat customers? Yeah I'll fill up elsewhere next time.

Card readers on most pumps rarely work. After you try a few different cards you realize it's the reader and not your card. If you don't mind walking in and waiting in line to pay, then you'll enjoy this place.

i have been going to this location for years with 2 different show cars and always receive superb service from jerry an can, who is at the location by lowes in carlsbad now. they treat both me and my cars with the utmost respect....awesome place!!!!!

Like the other customers have all noted, it's a bad place. Avoid. My wife took the car for an oil change today. She specifically asked, before the service, if they reset the service counter. The answer was a resounding YES! My wife paid for a full synthetic oil change and when she came back, she asked, are you sure you reset the service counter. Answer was YES! She goes to the car, guess that hasn't been done? Yep. The guy comes back out to the car and tries to reset it. Cant. He googles it. Can't figure it out. Says sorry. So I call to get satisfaction. Manager Jaime can't be found. Left my phone number but she doesn't call me. Seems we're not the only ones who have suffered this same issue. I call their corporate office and I get a call back. They want me to take the car to another one of their facilities to have someone trained reset it. At this point, I"m not a happy camper as they didn't do what they promised they would do, for the price we paid, and it came with ENORMOUS hassle for my wife and I. Unless we get a refund, I will pursue this company. They can't do this to customers and expect to get away with it forever. They simply cannot use deception, lies and fraud to make a living.

Jerry and Martin are great! Friendly and fast. They give great military discounts. I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. They didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff either - which I appreciated.

Horrible experience!! The two guys working there take advantage of unsuspecting customers who have no car knowledge. They said my oil filter was on too tight and could not replace it but still charged me full price. Do not recommend. Avoid!

Manager was an arrogant psychopath who wouldn't even refund quarters eaten by vacuums that he turned off because of rain hours earlier, without putting up any sign that he turned them off. He became enraged when I suggested he put up a notice that he turned the system off so people wouldn't waste their time and money trying a series of vacuums before giving up.
