Walked in for a oil filter removal tool and the older gentleman directed the younger fella to the area to get them. I had the filter on hand, wasnt sure if was a right fit but he said it was. My motorcycle runs and the task was accomplished successfully, getting the oil filter removed and replaced. This place helped.

I love this O'Reilly. Thank you Marc for teaching me how to replace my rear lightbulbs! I appreciate you teaching me about dual purpose lightbulbs and how to tell the difference. Dual filaments and dual contacts on bottom of the lightbulb. I now know how to replace the bulbs for the rest of my life. Marc is super awesome, thanks for the life lesson!

The Best Customer Service Ever!!! Marc, Hunter, Laura, David, Mike... These reps are AMAZING!!! Always take care of me, always have the best prices and price match with their competitors. O'Reilly's Encinitas goes the extra mile to make sure I am safe on the road. They stayed 10 extra minutes *PAST CLOSING* to make sure my battery was properly charged and that I knew my check engine codes. Didn't even spend a penny and they provided me so much helpful information, I am beyond grateful. Would never step foot into another auto parts store. O'Reilly's corporate is also the best around, they truly care about their customers. Thank you O'reilly's!!

My car battery was dead this morning and I called AAA to jump it. My car is a hybrid and they didn't have the type of battery in stock. I called O'Reilly's to see if they had one and they did. Apparently the type of battery I have is difficult to install. Luckily for me, Marc was able to install it for me and I was on my way. Not a great start to the week, but Marc sure turned my day around. Thank you so much!

Thank you Laura! I don't often write reviews, but especially during these times where finding exceptional help is rare, I thought I must. Called about my car and dead battery. Spoke to multiple shops, and once I got her on the phone, she was knowledgeable and honest and helped me figure out what I needed to do. She saved me an unnecessary tow, as well as valuable time. If the higher ups are reading this, please thank her, and honestly do what you can to keep someone like as part of your company. Thanks again Laura! Much appreciated! Will be calling you for all my future needs.

Extremely kind staff. I went in with a headlight bulb that I had purchased from another establishment that I needed replaced on my vehicle. Without hesitation Justice graciously changed it for me for free. Beyond grateful for his help and old school service. Thanks guys!

We bought the snow chai for the tires and they sold us the used item ordered online and picked up at the store and charged us the new item price. You can tell by how the tapes were all over the box and how crushed the box looks. Very disappointed.

Huge kudos to this store and its staff. Had a scary situation with my brand new car that's trunk got banged on the top of my garage. Went in asking for help, and Justus showed me how to use rubbing compound to get the paint transfer out without wrecking the paint job on the vehicle. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, and a massive cat crisis was averted. So thankful - and I'm a grateful customer for life.

I needed new wiper blades for my car. My sales associate Laura was very helpful. She showed me all the options on the computer with different price points. She also went out and replaced the blades on my car for me. She was professional and courteous.
