Worst car wash EVER!!! A complete waste of money. Please avoid. My car was dented when returned, not vacuumed, strange white substances on the seats that was not there when dropped off, etc. They tried to convince me to get the $120 wash when I asked for the $40 wash. Extremely disappointed and will be telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs. The woman who worked inside was wonderful - that’s the only nice thing I can say about this place. I would have asked for a full refund or to use the vacuums and do it myself, but I was in a huge rush.

Encinitas born and raised; I’ve been coming to this carwash since I was a kid when they used to be Olsons Car wash. Teresa & all the staff are all fantastic people and always leave my vehicles looking dialed! Great spot to get your rig washed, clean expedient, and professional!

Horrible experience. Received a hand car wash and they left bird poop on the car and a ton of dried up water marks. When my car was returned the front bumper was completely wet still. Was up-charged for the interior to be vacuumed and it still had a lot of dirt in it. Won’t be returning and recommend if you have a nice car to go elsewhere.

I've been bringing my cars here for many years now as an Encinitas and Cardiff resident! These guys can be very attentive when you are nice and friendly to them as well. Teresa specifically seems to do a really good job "running the show" there. She's always been very professional and make sure the guys no clearly what you want with your car wash. They gave you a pretty good deal on prepaid packages as well! Thank you so much for the whole team at Park Place Car Wash and Detail!??

My first time coming here I did a wash and detail and it was amazing. I was here for about 45 minutes but sat outside and got some sun and fresh air. My 3 year old car looked brand new! I'm back again today for a wash and these guys always impress. I even lost some cash in my car that they returned to me which I was extremely grateful for. Not only am I always happy with how my car looks but I trust them a lot as well. My go-to place that ai recommended to anybody in the area

I have been going to this business non-stop since 2014 and I've never had a bad experience. Their prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Except for super busy days like Saturday AM the turnaround time is really quick. I quit "inspecting" the car after the 1st year I brought it there because they are consistently very thorough

I regularly bring my car to Park Place for a wash and they do a great job. I get the Silver wash because I’m a middle of the road kind of gal and maybe once per year go big with a wax. I got the 10-pack of washes for a discount and it’s like going in to get a car wash for free the other 9 times. Give them a try, people are nice and car gets clean.

The crew at Park Place is wonderful and the only place we take our cars for a routine car wash or detail! From drive up to cashiers to everyone working hard so our cars sparkle, we recommend Park Place without any reservations!!!

I had my car detailed here and was told my mats and carpet were shampooed. They were not. When I went back to ask if to wash the mats, I was told they were too busy and I had to come back and drop my car off for a few hours at another time. Too busy to make things right but not too busy to take in new detail appointments. Very rude and dismissive service not to mention overpriced detailing. Don’t go here. I took my car to Encinitas car wash and they fixed the problem, good customer service and very fast and affordable.

I just visited Park Place Car Wash this morning for their Platinum Hand Wash package along with an added interior detail service, and I was very much impressed with the results! My car looked spotless inside and out.
Eduardo assisted me right away, providing excellent service from the beginning. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Alejandra, who worked behind the counter, was especially kind and made the experience even more pleasant!
The exterior hand wash was thorough, leaving my car's paint looking pristine. The interior detail was exceptional, making it look brand new.
The staff were all professional and courteous. They explained the services clearly and ensured I was satisfied with the results. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process.
Overall, my experience with Park Place Car Wash was outstanding! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to give their car a thorough and professional clean. I'll be returning for future car washes and detailing!

Outstanding service. I took my 1999 4RUNNER in to get washed and the antenna broke during the wash. Kera the manager 0n duty took responsibility. A new antenna was ordered, today Chistian installed the new antenna. Teresa the manager on duty today made sure that the the 4runner washed and clean inside and out for no charge. The service was more than I expected.
