I am so happy I came here. This business is in my neighborhood and I am so glad I found them. They took time to answer all my questions and we reviewed every single random piece of information I had for my returns. I got a MUCH bigger refund than I expected or had gotten when I did my own taxes. Maya was a dream to work with and beyond patient with me.

Tracy prepared my taxes for me. She is Unprofessional. She prepared my taxes and filled them before she let me know what I was receiving back. She also filled them before we discussed a $800 fee!! She got me $400 less than TurboTax. She told me she was able to get me $500 more than TurboTax. TOTAL LIE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! They are SCAMMERS!!!!!

Stay away from this criminals, hiding fees, go somewhere else to do your taxes, Emeryville tax services will over charge you they will not tell you what the fees is going to be before they worked on your W2 they will wait until you sign their paperwork, that already have been completed,not honest people at all I ended up paying over $ 800.00 for a W2 filling, this people should it be behind bars . ..

I called in ahead of time to ask when i could come in. Came in. The mexican lady was in there on the phone speaking to her boss about how to do something she couldnt do on her own. First red flag. I hand her 2 pieces of paper and tell her these are 2 returns i need to do in paper and i have 5 more online. She proceeds to file through my folder i brought in with my. Opening checks and opening packaged mail i had not opened yet. things she shouldnt be touching. I had to ask her to stop 3 times. She said she was looking for the rest of the tax returns. I had to repeat to her in a stern voice for the 3rd time the other w-2s are on my email.... I would not trust this lady with my taxes. Not only that at $350 is pretty steep for 2 tax returns with 7 w-2s. I thought for the price i would recieve more professional service. Not only that i could hear the people next door screaming and sound like they were having a fist fight. Finally she tells me to leave because i dont have my social security card with me. Now why didnt you tell me to bring that in when i called on the phone. Very dissapointed
