I am very grateful to Wesley huang. Although it is not my first time to buy a house, his attitude towards dealing with things makes me really want to praise him from the bottom of my heart. His professionalism is excellent and he is a very nice person. When I bought this house, it was all for me as a buyer. He would come to translate every step of the process for me and give me suggestions. Wesley helped make our first home buying experience easy and smooth. He was very understanding and accommodated to our needs. Wesley helped us got our dream home under contract in less than 10 days and then close with 30k under listing price. Because there was a deadline for us in getting a house, there was one day he had to show us 7 houses. We almost wanted to give up at some point due to a high in demand market. But he reassured us and he really did make it happened!! He always showed up on time, and was willing to accommodate with our work schedule to meet up. Not only did he make the process very simple, easy to understand, but also giving us extremely helpful advices. We would like to thank you for going the extra mile for us on every step of our home buying journey! Wesley was very professional and courteous. He met all our answers and expectations. He would personally drive all the way from Elk Grove , Ca to escort us to homes we were interested in stockton . He worked numerous hours to get the house we really loved. We finally moved in our new home from a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom. We can’t thank him enough .

I met Wesley because of my mother in law's friend, Wesley was their broker so they introduced us to Wesley after they knew that we are planning to buy a house. My husband and I didn't know anything about buying a house, and we were totally unprepared when we met Wesley. I asked so many stupid questions and asked him what should we do on every single step. Wesley is so professional and knowledgeable that he knows how to help us, look for houses that meet our requirements, and explain clearly of all the procedures. He also responds to messages or calls very quick; he would always return me a call and ask our needs as soon as he became available. Because I always had to travel from SF to Sacramento, he was always able and willing to accommodate our schedule and make appointments for us. I'm very glad we had Wesley as our broker and I will definitely introduce him to my friends if they are planning to buy a house!!!As a young couple, I really had no idea about buying a house. We met Wesley through the introduction of my mother-in-law’s friend. He would patiently explain to us what we didn't understand, even though I asked a lot of strange and stupid questions?
