I had a package that was attempted delivery but no slip was left. I showed the person behind the counter the screenshot of the message, but she was incredibly rude and told me that there was no attempted delivery if there was no slip left. She tried telling me that eBay doesn’t deliver through USPS, but I’ve never had a problem picking up packages from eBay before. I go almost once a week to pick them up. She spoke over me and didn’t allow me to finish my sentences. If my tracking says “attempted delivery” and my ring camera has seen the mail man, why would she tell me that “it’s just a notification that it’s still on its way and is probably at a different location”… very upset with this situation.

This review is specifically to our mailman, I’ve been getting my neighbors’ mails on a weekly basis since moved to here a few years ago, cannot imagine how many mails of mine were lost in these years!!!!!!

This is NOT a full service Post Office where you can purchase stamps or mail packages. This location only offers pickup for missed deliveries and for dropping off pre-paid packages. Do not go here expecting a full service USPS office.

I appreciate for their service however I doubt their work reliability. I found my neighbor's mails in my mailbox sometimes and also my neighbors sometimes brought me my mails from their mailbox. I could never get hold of them when I called them.

The clerk initially did have difficulty finding my package, but a fellow employee quickly found it.

Never picks up the phones so you can't get a simple question answered. You have to drive down to the office or stalk your mail person.

This particular post office is more focused as a distribution center with only one clerk station for customers. One clerk station means that the line can be completely at a standstill as the clerk tries to figure out a complicated issue like locating a lost package. Very friendly staff though. I received a note in my mailbox to either pick up my package here or schedule a redelivery since the mail carrier at the time couldn't find a secure place to drop off the package. Knowing how this post office functions for customers I think I'd just schedule a redelivery next time lol.

Terrible delivery service. My item was out for delivery and they left a note about a missed delivery. I checked the status of my package online and apparently that was updated at 2:11pm. It's the weekend and I can't even reach the office because they are closed now. My husband was at home all day and no one rang the doorbell. I don't know why they didn't utilize our mailbox either. This is extremely inconvenient to now have to pick up my package myself with my already busy schedule or process a redelivery when they couldn't do it right the first time. Lazy delivery workers.

I try calling 15 times and it just rings . Horrible service. Our mail came at 5 then 6 and now after 8pm everyday. This is ridiculous. People are waiting on important mail.
