I have an oversized package that UPS needs to return to Amazon. After I print and attach the shipping label, I bring the package to this UPS store at the corner of Laguna Blvd and Franklin Blvd.
The location is very convenient for me. It is only a five-minute drive from my Home, so I was there almost precisely at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning when the store opened for business. The lady working behind the counter gave me a nice greeting and handled my drop-off immediately with a smile on her face all the time. I was in and out of the store in one minute. I have received excellent speedy service with a friendly and polite worker working in the store.

This UPS store has been my home store for as long as I can remember. I have always had good experiences, however, the excellent service that I have recieved from Noah R over my last few visits needs to be expressed. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional while being patient and time efficient. Nothing but good things to say, I will continue to frequent this location because of employees like him.

I have NEVER EVER had any issues with returning Amazon items until this store started using the self service returns. So far I have returned two items to Amazon that they claim they have not received. I will never use this store again and recommend you don't either if you want credit for items your returning. So very disappointed!

They are scammers. I was going to send a package and I canceled it because they were charging me $127 for shipping and I told them that it was very expensive. When I canceled, they told me that I had to pay $50 for wasting their time and because they were going to close down scammers. pay $50 for nothing discriminators??

I recently had a package delivered by UPS and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by their employee, Noah. From start to finish, Noah went above and beyond to ensure that my package would be delivered safely. 10/10

I needed to get some important documents notarized and the UPS store saved the day. Not only were they available over the weekend with a notary on staff but the service was awesome! This location had a steady flow of traffic from Amazon workers dropping off boxes to walk in customers wanting passports, packaging and all in between and was short staffed. I only witnessed one employee while there but this employee's work ethic was impressive to see, especially as he multitasked and handled the job.Ray M's serviced everyone in a professional and prompt manner! Ray is a model employee and he held it down by getting the job done without complaining or having a negative disposition. Ray definitely needs to be highly recognized for his service at the UPS store.

Okay, I first want to say thank you to management for hiring the awesome, polite, patient, and welcoming person who introduced himself to us as Seneca. I came into the UPS store and there was a line ahead of me. As I watched each customer approach the counter, Seneca greeted each and everyone of us with the same amazing and wonderful energy every time one of us stepped up. He literally made my day better with his energy and consistency. Thank you so much for hiring this vibrant soul to help all of us.
