Would give 5 stars if the system would have allowed me to easily use my veterans account. Clerk had to go into locate and verify, but it would not let her apply the changes. She was awesome though and manually input the discount. Lowes, get your programming fixed please! Ed

Good place to shop for hardware and home repair stuff. A large variety of refrigerators are on the floor to look at too. We pickup a new refrigerator and saw a black cat shopping too.
You can always use your Lowe’s app to find the location of items to save your time walking around the store.

June 21, 2024 at Lowes Elk Grove and needed help lifting and loading a Toilet. Ivan, with an injured hand came to the rescue. We want to thank Ivan for his professionalism, kindness and his caring help. Lowes has a great employee in Ivan. Thank you.

They have so many people working in this store , But they never know anything when you ask for help.They litterly walk the opposite direction fast if they see that you are needing help. Im disappointed in customer service in this store

Went in on Mother’s Day, store was packed of course. I just needed a tool cart, J took the time to help me even offered to go back to receiving. We found one in an alternate spot, he handled tons of people asking questions, took the time to make sure it was the same cart and helped me make sure it fit into my car. Thank you J.

We would like to commend the staff in the Paint section Robert. He really help us in our needs its our first time to do some paint works and Robert takes time to listen to our needs patiently. He even showed us the right paint/ parts. Robert is one of the nicest staff weve ever met here in sacramento…. Its a perfect 10 for you Robert from us. Thank you so so so much. Online order was inexplicably canceled. Called the store to inquire and it took three attempts to speak to anyone, finally someone answered and they asked for some info. Without a word they transferred my call to a 30min queue. Further attempts to reach the store were ignored, with the phone never answered. Terrible service, save your time and money.

Whatever happened to good customer service where you look at customers in the eye and acknowledge their presence? It's one thing to say, "Hello" but then as a customer, I don't know if you're talking to me or on the phone! Whatever happened to looking at the customer and saying your greeting AND, "how may I help you?"
Don't get me wrong, the CSR did help me, but her presence upon approach, that would be a talk with my sup when I was back in retail. That was a complete turn off! I know you got good CSRs working here Lowe's!
