Rachael was great! As a first time home buyer, I was very overwhelmed by the whole process, but Rachael was very patient and knowledgeable, answering every question I had and making me feel much more comfortable at every step. She also never made me feel pressured or rushed to buy anything I wasn't 100% in love with. She went above and beyond to make herself available to see a property, even on short notice. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience!

Having purchased and sold at least a half dozen homes with Diane Johnson we cannot praise her and her staff enough. From properties valued at $160k to our latest purchase of over $6M the service has been outstanding. They do everything they can to make the transactions as simple and seamless as possible. They also go above and beyond to make sure the home is sound and ready for moving in. The fact they give back to the local communities is a bonus!

I highly recommend the Johnson & Bauer Real Estate Group. I have used them 3 different times throughout the past 10 years, and each time I am consistently impressed with their follow through, communication, and honesty throughout the process. In my unique experience this last June, I appreciated Rachael's knowledge of real estate related to divorce. In a time where stress is already high, she was able to provide useful information that eased the process as much as possible. Most importantly, Rachael and the team listened to my needs and were patient with me throughout the process. Finding a house is difficult, and I never felt like I was putting Rachael or Diane out by asking to see another house. Lastly, their in house wonder woman, Brianna, was helpful and extremely organized. She even made the paperwork process and appointments for home inspections very manageable. Rachael was wonderful to work with. She was very thorough, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire process. As first-time buyers, we weren’t entirely sure what we were doing, but with Rachael’s guidance, we were able to find a home in no time. Update: Rachael and team helped us sell the same home mentioned above in early 2023. Per usual, she was consistently available, approachable, and patient throughout the sell. It almost goes without saying that selling a home can be stressful. That didn't turn out to be the case with Johnson and Bauer. They let me know what fixes would help sell the home. They talked about right pricing. They made sure that the house had excellent exposure with listings, the Open House, and viewings. Five days after listing, there were eight offers. By the end of the first week, the house was sold over listing. Thank you Rachael for helping me through this whole process. It couldn't have gone better!

We had to move quickly from another city due to immediate health concerns. We worked with Molly and Rachel...seriously AMAZING people and realtors! Not only did they know the local market, they did endless amounts of research on houses to save us time- got disclosures so we didn't have to go into the house without background information.
Took the time to learn about our unique family dynamic in order to match us to a neighborhood and house. Pointed out things in a house that wouldn't work for our family- so helpful! Made connections between selling agent (for our other house), loan officer and selling agent of the current house.
Professional, caring and very grounded people. Highly recommend- with NO complaints!
