I just wanted to share with everyone how James Tan real estate and Carlton Sue help me with restoring and selling my home. It was amazing, James and Carlton had phenomenal ideas, connections and multiple strategies to address all situations related to selling my home. Even with high interest rates, we were able to sell it within a very short amount of time when I thought it was going to take forever ? I will work with James and Carlton on all my future real estate projects, thanks guys !!

He is very experienced and shared his knowledge with us in more than a few late night phone calls. Super insightful and helpful when it comes to negotiating/strategy with the other buyer/seller, dealing with tenants, spotting issues or red flags with a property or area, and staging without breaking the bank to make your listing pop. Whenever I’m browsing Zillow etc for deals, he always seems to find something better. Been working with him since 2015 and will continue to do so in the future. He’s always sharing his vast experience and the lessons he’s learned over the years with me. Best agent around.

James is a very reliable and knowledgeable agent in the greater Sacramento area. He is sincere, responsive, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. He always listened to our questions or concerns carefully and addressed them with his experiences and recommendations. James has so many years of real estate experiences in the area, but he wouldn't focus on self-exaggerating how many homes he sold or represented buyers in the past unlike some other agents did (those were only able to write contracts). Instead, James listened to our needs and discussed with us about strategy with utmost efficiency, and ultimately helped us find the one that fit us most! We didn't understand the area that well and he shared so much of his thoughts with us along the way. We couldn't be happier with James's service! We are so glad we found him, and we highly recommend James to be your agent!
