Garrett was very friendly from the beginning all the way to the end. He explained everything in detail and made sure that us as buyers understood our options and all the documents we were signing. Garrett just helped us finance our first home! He was amazing and we would definitely recommend him to anyone, but especially first time home buyers or anyone unsure of the process. Garrett was always available to walk us through paperwork, talk over details, and answer any questions we had. He made it clear from the beginning that he was always available by phone or text and he answered right away whenever we needed him. Garrett was also super transparent about all fees and costs and walked us through every expense and every piece of paper for the entire home buying process.
