Made an appointment to pick up my return at 1 p.m. came, and the door was locked. Didn't even bother calling me about not making my appointment. Rescheduled for the next day, and they canceled. Lucky, this year, the deadline was extended, or I'd be late. Then, submitted my tax return, and it was rejected. Didn't even bother telling me my wife's missing a form. This is on top of last year's filing, where I had to pay more than what she quoted for federal and state. Do yourself a favor if you have more than a simple w2 don't come here.

We were called by Laguna Tax Services about our appointment several times to confirm the time. They said to let them know if we needed to change anything. We were OK with the time and went at the scheduled time to the hotel where Laguna Tax set up their operations. They were gone! No where to be found. We called them and we were informed that they had indeed left and were going back to Elk Grove. They said we could email the the materials if we wanted to but a meeting would not be possible. It is incredible that they kept pestering us about the meeting beforehand yet decided suddenly to break the appointment without telling us. Very unprofessional and we will not be going back to Laguna Tax Services.

I am giving Laguna Tax Service a very low rating for their services in 2019. My wife and I have been using Laguna Tax Service to complete our yearly tax forms for the last several years. Our bill last year for completing the tax package was $250.00. This year, when we arrived to pick our completed tax forms, we are given a bill amounting to $765.00, which is a large increase from the prior years. The main reason for the low rating for 2019 is that we provided all of our tax information to Laguna tax services almost a week prior our review meeting. During the meeting, we were we not provided a cost estimate or any indication that the cost would increase for this year.

Got my taxes done by Yvonne for the first time and she did an amazing job!! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. I am so glad I found her through google and gave her a chance because of all her 5 stars ratings. She is legit and you won't regret seeing her. I will be a customer for life and will refer all my friends and family to her!
