They managed my property for one week A potential renter noticed a leak and reported it. Eagle Property Management decided not to send a plumber because I was sending someone out to take photos of the damage. See the PHOTOS.

I wanted to give a shout out to Leah and the rest of the maintenance team who helped resolved my insulation issue. The house during the winter was not staying warm. It did not bother me as much as it did this past summer. The house internal temp was in the 85-99 degrees and working from home was tough. I put in so many requests and I’m sure by now everyone from Eagle Property knows me but every time I out a request in, Leah and the maintenance team would send a response quickly acknowledging my concerns. I want to say thank you Leah for always checking up on me. I know I have been inpatient multiple times but thank you for always keeping me posted with all the updates. Now the house sits below 80 degrees and I am ready for the upcoming cold winters and ready for next year summer! I know it’s not easy to take care of needy tenants like me but thank you Leah for giving me your full undivided attention when I had concerns. I appreciate you and the team!!

I am writing to express my concerns about the recent services I received from your staff. I was disappointed by their lack of professionalism and courteous communication. there is a significant issue with how staff interact with customers, and their unwillingness to address or resolve problems is unacceptable. This behavior does not reflect well on your establishment and negatively impacts the customer experience. I hope you will address these concerns promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure better service in the future.

I wanted to give my opinion of this company... the truth is I'm not one to give opinions but they give the reason for doing so. They are very kind people and quick to attend to or receive any needs from their tenants. I have called them a couple of times and they have attended to my needs very quickly. On this occasion I had problems with a window and they were very efficient and fast, the person who is very friendly, I recommend this place in case you want to move, they are very quick to give you attention... I give them my 5 stars, not because of their attention, if not Her ability to pay attention to her most April tenants, she keeps you up to date with messages or emails and is too kind.

It is great to work with Eagle Property Management agent. They do things proactively, set up plan to meet both sides needs, and makes tenant and owner win-win. I have been with this management system more than 10 years, agents changes due to other job opportunities, but the culture never has been changed, always responsible and respective to customers. Some of the property managers are Great some are Horrible don’t respond and rude however the company does have nice properties and April the maintenance coordinator is GREAT any times there’s an issue not that I have many but when I do she is quick to resolve all issues, she’s friendly she responds and keeps you updated she’s probably the best person I’ve encountered at this company.

Stacy Hemenover works for this company her 5 star review is total garbage.
This is the worst property management company I've ever rented from.
Good luck getting them to respond to emails or to give you a callback.
I moved into a home that should have been considered uninhabitable due to a leaking roof. The water damage was so intense that both bathrooms needed to be gutted to the studs for mold mitigation. I was offered the option to end my lease without penalty, but I couldn't afford to relocate so soon.
They have a terrible system for submitting work orders, where someone out of the country contacts one of their vendors in California so you can set up an appointment with them.
The office takes no accountability; they will blame other coworkers, vendors, or a misunderstanding of their policies.
I have had repair requests denied and called superficial.
Most recently, they are trying to terminate my tenancy. They claim the property is exempt from the 2019 Tenant Protection Act but are so bad at their jobs that they failed to inform me of this when I signed my lease.
I wouldn't trust them with my home.

Great services and very fast. Eagle property management company was able to find a tenant for my house within a week. It is easy to get hold of them when needed and staff is very respectful and always willing to help.

David Leitner is the guy you want to work with. He is great, and so easy to work with. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars because I did not have a chance to work with him in the first place.

I can't speak highly enough about the attentiveness and professionalism of Eagle Property Management. When I reported maintenance issues, I received shift resolution from skilled maintenance.
