I didn't know that a chevron gas station on harbour point drive was a 7 eleven. With a different address. I walk in and got two cokes the sign said 2 for $4, they still charge me full price, the guy name was not Harry what is going on!!!!!

Half the time I come here they are on break. With a sign up that says I'll be back in five minutes but usually it's 20

Thank you to Demitri for being so kind and patient in helping me set up the Chevron ap, and save. I was lost, but Dimitri did everything for me to make sure I can start using the ap every time I gas up. Because of him, I will always give this station on Elk Grove Blvd and I-5 my business. Please thank him personally for me.

I'm easy to please. This Chevron station is next to Highway 5 on Elk Grove Blvd. I had to stop by for restroom and snack. I can't resist of grabbing one of those luscious and plumb dogs on the rollers. Shiny and healthy dogs... The buns were dated and very fresh. So, did the condiments. One for $2.47 tax included. That was the first meal of the day. It got protein, starch, and vegetable (not in that order). OMG I wonder how today's meal gonna cost. I'm so blessed. I got what I needed for less than $3. Yeah, I'll return, especially with the friendly staff and great service.

Got to the gas station at 8:29 to find a sign that said on 10 minute break. It is now 8:49 and the employee is not back from break. There are three other customers waiting for the employee to come back from a 10 minute break. She finally came back at 8:53. Next time post a sign stating that your on a 20 minute break.

The gas station attendant was very rude as soon as my wife and I walked in. We stopped to use the restroom and get some snacks for the road and as soon as she seen us headed to the restroom, she yells out at us"The restrooms are closed!!" So I asked her if Chevron is supposed to have the friendliest service and cleanest restroom, where does she go to the restroom and she just gave a dirty look and ignored me. One gas station I'll be avoiding in the future

Keith the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to an employee right in front of me. I have never seen a manager talk like that in front of customers. Will not return to this location as long as Keith is the manager there

Need to have two people working! Also closed during prime time. Stopped by and was closed at 6pm for a "spill" for 30min sign said. The employee was sitting in his car watching people walk up and try the door. I came back by at 7:20pm and now the employee is on a 30min break. I'll be going to the Shell across the street for my daily fill up now.

I have lived near this Chevron for 2 years. My license expired on 6/11. I was not notified by the DMV. I went in to purchase a cigar and was told my ID was expired. The employee went on to sell me the cigar based on logic. I went back to Chevron on 6/19 and was helped by the Manager Brandi. I just turned 34 and I look young for my age. She asked my for my birthday, I gave it to her and she sold me the cigar. I went back on 6/20 to buy another cigar. My new license is in the mail already renewed. I was honest with Brandi and told her my license expired though she sold me one based on my birthday the day before. This was a bad experience, I would rather no one sell me a cigar at all while I wait on my ID. It also showed me that they will let it go if you give the birthday, but if you let them know the truth, you will be penalized for it. I understand the laws and know that I need to have my ID updated. My request would be dont sell them to me at all instead of a case by case basis. I have no problem with the store, this was just a poor experience and improper use of the law. Brandi had a sour attitude with me as I explained that this was unacceptable and that I would be calling Corporate.
