All good things come to an end. After opening my Washington Mutual account so many years ago this location went through so many changes and after having money stolen from me with the use of technology that I'm not smart enough to know how Chase has ruined our relationship we had by blaming me for the incident and taking it upon themselves to steal from me again after refusing to work with me and the Police Department. This branch used to care about their customers and while a majority still do the company itself clearly doesn't care one bit about the customer and their protection. This review isn't about the branch whom I still have so much respect for with a majority of the tellers as well as Tony. This review is pointed at the company who made up lies and refused to help with the investigation into the theft that occurred on Saturday July 1st 2023. It's ashame that this had to end because I was going to open an account for my daughter in August and now we both need to find a new bank that cares about their customers so I can continue to teach her and her sister about good customer service.

This place must have new management. The front line staff is extremely new. They messed up my account with another customer. I came in to tell them, apparently they even covered it up. Today, I came in again after few months. They have someone new each time. He counted the money incorrectly even with the machine? I am starting to get irritated with the poor quality that they provided. I am starting to wondering maybe I should be going to different bank institution.

Great near by location bank and the drive thru ATM convenient. One downside is the ATM is not allowing to select big bills. If I want to withdraw say 500, I have to carry a huge roles of 20s. Please allow options like BofA does. Thanks

Wife and I decided to open a bank account for a savings. We usually don't go to the larger banks and stick with a credit union. This was close to our house so we decided to go with it. Service was quick. There really isn't anyone to greet you but we didn't wait too long.

It's really great! If you get two atms, or just put one atm instead of behind a locked door put it behind an open door. Seriously it would've saved me 100 minutes.

I have been to multiple Chase banks and this is by far the best one I have been to. Their service is quick, simple, easy. The employees are very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They also take a lot of precautions when it comes to covid regulations.Huge thanks to Giovanni and the bank teller that assisted me today.
