I’d like to share my experience with you. In 2021, I began house hunting and was disappointed with my initial lender, as big commercial companies often prioritize their wealthy clients, which wasn't the case for me.I was introduced to Nicole through Feagley Realtors during the pandemic when getting immediate help from a lender was challenging due to high demand. Nicole promptly handled my paperwork and assisted me in securing a very good first loan as a first-time home buyer. The remarkable part is that it was all done over the phone and email; I only met Nicole in person after the closing.Fast forward two years later, I returned to Nicole's to strategize my second loan. Without the advice and attention Nicole provided the second time around, I'm unsure if I could have obtained another excellent loan for a second property.Nicole and her team worked wonders for a blue-collar worker like myself, hailing from Richmond with little money but a dream. I'll forever be grateful to Nicole and her team for turning my real estate dreams into reality.I hope to return to her office for loan #3 when the time is right, God willing. Nicole is Amazing! Me and my husband loved our home buying experience, thanks to her and her team! She and Liz made it so easy and responded right away when we had any questions! This was our first time buying a house and we will definately come back to her in the future. Nicole and her team helped us get our first home 10 yrs ago and made the process very comfortable for us as we didn't know what to expect and she made us understand each step. Now 10 yrs later we decided to refinance and again Nicole worked her magic and lowered our interest rate. Nicole and her team went the extra mile to help me and my kids get into a new home. I tried to use USAA and a few other banks to get competitive mortgages, but my realtor suggested Nicole and the team at USFML as he'd referred them to clients before and they were never disappointed. I took that chance and they were able to get me the best rate! More importantly, they were responsive, helpful and answered all my questions. Buying a house can be an overwhelming experience and they know this, so they were so helpful and understanding when I came with beginner level questions. I'd bought a home before but this time, I was doing it while working so much that I was worried things might slip or fall behind. Nicole and team kept me on schedule and advised of upcoming milestones (dates and documents). They guided me through the process, worked closely with the underwriters, and delivered what they promised which was a loan that met my needs and helped us secure the house of our dreams! I would definitely recommend using them versus going bank to bank (which is what I was trying to do). They have the ability to shop more loans and get better pricing and if I had that much more free time, I might have been able to come close, but no way would I have had the time or experience to deal with all the other nuances that come with securing a home loan in the Bay Area.
