“I had some serious paint transfer after scraping a garage door. The car is a red Tesla S, which is difficult to work on. I took the car in for an estimate, but Jerry took a look at it and dove right in, despite having a couple of other cars in the bays being done by his employees. Ten minutes later, it looks like new. The latter place place did a good job inside and out but nothing like Alex’s. This is the first time our car looked pretty much like it did the day we bought it about 15 years ago. When I pulled up to the spot for the interior clean I went to the office hoping I could use Apple Pay on my phone. Unfortunately no. But the staff members were very nice to me. They assured me that it was ok for me to go home and get my wallet and return, which I did. Clean car inside and out, and nice people who didn’t make me feel bad about my mistake.”
