This pharmacy used to be great. Sherri, the long time pharmacist there, left recently, and now the pharmacy is complete garbage. The way they operate now borders on malpractice. The new pharmacist, Maggie, likes to pull power trips on her patients because she dispenses the medication. Deplorable. Protect your loved ones and yourself, and get your medications filled anywhere else but here.

Amazing pharmacy. They saved my vacation today. I was stuck on a flight leg without my prescription and they got it ready crazy fast.The manager was so kind and helpful as well.

I usually don't write reviews for services like pharmacies, but this one is long overdue.Since I moved to El Segundo in 2015, I've been a loyal customer at Ralph's Pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist have consistently been friendly, helpful, and always professional.During my most recent visit, the entire team went above and beyond. I had a nasty accident, and their genuinely caring nature was just what the doctor ordered. Despite some initial prescription issues, the staff quickly resolved everything with my doctor.I want to express my gratitude. In a world that can sometimes feel disconnected, experiencing that personal touch at Ralph's Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. Thanks for the outstanding service over the years!

Worse service ever! Employees have no sense of urgency. I tried avoiding this market but once in awhile I come here since it's close to me but every time the line is always long . Employees are grumpy and always feel like they're being bothered.

I have always loved coming to this ralphs, i just left the store from doing my grocery shopping and the assistant from the self checkout was being so rude and she made me feel so uncomfortable and i'm sure everyone else felt the same way. she was looking up and down at all of us that we're scanning our items. her name was STACY. she would try to tell me that i couldn't look up the item that i needed to scan (the fruits/veggies) that instead i should just use the barcode but i like to look up the items and have the full experience as well it's not like i was stealing or putting in the wrong item. i just don't think someone has to be all up on your business while you're scanning and checking out. especially staring you down is so strange to me. her name was STACY. other than that i love the store and how clean the produce is and the store is!

Rude, aggressive and disrespectful. Wanted to know about a item on sale. Don't ask me ask her .. The people in the deli don't know sent me to three different people in the for an item in the deli. What happened to Ralphs

The bakery is one of the most underrated bakeries in all of the South Bay. I have paid $60-$100 for cakes that taste okay and seem somewhat dry. Ralphs on the other hand tastes just as good if not better, more lousy, and has that homemade taste, not too sugary. I'm just being honest and I have been around Los Angeles for many years. Bristol, hansens cakes, wehobakery, even Torrance bakery. Ralphs is still a pretty darn good cake when compared to the price and ordering from other places. I especially love the fact you can online order ahead through the app and customize your cake.

Great service and cleanGreat selections....Veggies, Condiments (love all the Mustards and BBQ Sauces), Beer/Wine, Meat/Meat alternatives....Cheese!The people who work the Cheese Section are phenomenal!Everyone is helpful and nice to us!Good quick Starbucks too....

You know what? I never thought I'd review any Ralphs because I didn't think I shopped here enough compared to Whole Foods or Bristol Farms lol.I've been ordering via the Ralphs app for pick up (sometimes I go back and forth between pick up and delivery) and my most recent visit was one of the best experiences I've had in terms of customer service.I placed a pick up order this past Monday, 1/23 and had my pick up time selected for 3 pm - 4 pm. I was a total hot mess that afternoon and managed to lock myself out of my house where my car keys were. I reached out to speak with a representative via the Ralphs app and they told me that it would be no problem if I came a little after the allotted time frame. I also called this store to let them know the situation and the gentleman (Blake) answered the phone and was very kind and understanding.I show up a few minutes after 4 pm and the associate that I initially spoke with was also very helpful and paged Blake to come to the front and assist me. The same Blake came within seconds and was super awesome. The parking lot was a madhouse on top of it so I wasn't able to park in one of the designated "Pick up" spots; I had to park pretty far away.Blake still loaded up his giant cart with all of my groceries and lugged it all the way to my car and was just very pleasant. This gentleman is hardworking, pleasant, and most importantly kind!! Upper management if you are reading this, please give him a raise - he deserves it!As for the store itself, this Ralphs is very well-organized and stocked. I will continue coming back whether it's to shop or just pick up.

Thos review is for tgeir pharmacy only! It's great. They answer their phone quickly, friendly, efficiently, and with great care for their clients, unlike consumer value stores. Manager Sherry is super. She is super knowledgeable about medications. I always ask her about my meds. She's so sharp she usually beats me to tge punch and volunteers great info before I even have to ask. And she gives great covid vaccine shots. The delicious frosting on tge cake: ralphs pharmacy delivers for free. The same day if you order early enough. Hours are like 9am to 9pm. The parking lot is busy but I always find a parking spot.

a large selection of products, you can pay with a Vic card. lovely fruit and ripe. Cake very tasty
