Lovely store in a lovely section of Manhattan. They offer beautiful clothing and home-ware items. I'm not going to lie, you can find inexpensive beautiful home-ware at Home Goods. So there's that. But this store has good sales and pretty clothing.

yaaaa Laurie is a condescending c*my I called about a gift on how to return it without a receipt and was met with an attitude. The store itself is nice but she was rude over the phone. Sorry I don't work there & I may have multiple questions -_-

I have shopped at Anthropologie stores since they opened in Southern California (still have their green membership card). The store in Manhattan Village in California has the rudest cashier.Rude cashier #305688 (as on store receipt)After purchasing $100.00 gift card (which is a nice amount in my opinion), she slides just the gift card in front of me. I asked for an giftcard envelope, and told there aren't any. I had to ask if she could wrap the card? And a small Anthro gift bag? She wrapped the card in tissue paper, then says they didn't get small bags. I know, there can be a short supply. I'm not a difficult customer, however the customer in front of me bought a small item, and it was placed into a small gift bag with tissue paper. I'm disappointed.

The staff working the floor were welcoming!The dressing room staffer was "super" ..friendly & supportive.BUT the Cashier was abrupt..disinterested and careless with the clothing. Almost taking away the special feeling of the holiday purchase.

Nice convenient store, clean, neat and well stocked and merchandised.Music is a little high but not unbearable.Staff is busy and not very engaging. No problem we were just looking anyway.

This is one of the few stores where I'll shop in person. Because the clothes are that good, I don't want to miss anything. Also, it's clean and clutter free.The store may seem sparse on clothing but you'll soon realize there is a lot more than you think.Clothes, gym wear, candles, a sale room... Everything from jeans to cocktail dresses to gorgeous home decor.Clothes are high quality. And classy. Love this place.

Always up to date in fashion and quality! Easy return policy too. Staff great on product knowledge, very respectful when it comes to helping with sizing. Clean clean and clean!
