I am not accepted for testing because I do not have the paper with the ordered tests. Although everything is confirmed and displayed in the system. As an ordinary person, I, of course, do not have access to this information. The employees, instead of fulfilling their job responsibilities and checking this information in the system, simply refuse to accept me. Although in other laboratories (with a different insurance plan) I have never had such problems.
I definitely do not recommend it!

First off I got there & was # 21 after waiting & waiting the girl kept taking disabled people & elderly . Me myself am disabled but forgot my cane. I truly understand taking them first. But why have a number system if you're just gonna take them priority? Also that all that kept coming was people with disabilities. So here I am with #21 & they are on #38. Worse part is I told her I'm disabled & showed her my card & she didn't care. Waited 2 and a half hours for simple labs.

Seriously, after making you hold for 20 plus minutes, right when they pick up they say "please hold" and doesn't even give you a chance. Oh, best part is, they hang you up after.

We spent more than US$300 to do a blood test at our own expense, and it was clearly stated in the contract. Afterwards, they sent three bills in a row to collect the additional fees. It is a very dishonest laboratory. Seeing so many negative reviews can prove their badness. Please ask your doctors not to cooperate with them and boycott them.

We’ve signed the agreement and I paid everything to this Lab by cash, they still sent us letter asking for money. Terrible and dishonest service!

A very deceptive place that specializes in stealing money. The first time I took the nucleic acid test, it was 25, which was indeed accurate. The second time, it was over 35. The American standard is over 35, but they said it was over 40 and gave me a positive result. I checked all the hospitals and the result is negative if the value is above 35. They insist on saying that they are provided by the hospital. I called the hospital and they still told me that the value is above 35. I don’t know if this hospital is legitimate. Anyway, it’s too boring! ! ! !
