Return packages are not accepted unless your package fully wraped and taped label properly,Because they won't touch your package at all,And No receipts provided for the returning packages，Most importantly, They gives you a dismissive attitude,perhaps they may not making any profit on returning packages, so they don't want you to return the package at their store

UPDATE: I just noticed the owner of this store replied to my review. I KNOW this man was STEALING money BECAUSE I used the UPS Calculator online. His estimate was $35 MORE than what the calculator said, which is why I immediately knew he was lying. Customers please use this calculator and input the information yourselves: S & H Company UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet is STEALING customers' money. My dad and I went to ship a box since they are a UPS authorized outlet and he charged us $35 more dollars than the actual UPS Store. Then he proceeded with his lie as to why it was more. If you ever want to ship a box package DON'T GO HERE. Go to the UPS Store instead. This guy is a CROOK!

Warning for UPS drop off!!! This place does not give you receipt or documentation of any sort after you drop your package. They just told me the ups guy will come later and scan it. You are at risk of losing your package because they can literally can take your stuff and say you never drop anything off. I wouldn't leave anything that's valuable with them.
