Giving them three starts due to the following. Cleaning is usually done on time and they are very nice people. As far as alterations and anything other than dry cleaning I would recommend going elsewhere. It seems they have no problem telling you to come back more than once because they haven't gotten to your particular garment. I've been back 3 times for the same item, despite being promised by that certain date. Again, cleaning is good and timely but don't take anything to get altered or fixed, you will be disappointed.

I am always happy with Mena's alterations and have been using her for years. Only once did we have a mishap, and I think that was just miscommunication. Items are completed on time and beautifully altered and finished.

Love this place! I took them my white wedding dress 1 Year after my wedding and they removed all of the dirt stains on the bottom and a couple other stains completely. I couldn't believe how well they removed the stains with them being there for over a year. I then took them my daughter's baptism dress almost 2 years after she wore it and they were able to remove the stains it had. The prices are not the cheapest but I would say they are totally worth it. highly recommend!
