UPDATE: I had my car (Kia) stolen from in front of my daughters apartment. I was very pleased with Allstate they took care of my car without a hazzle, 3 days after my car was found my car was in the shop Allstate took care of everything, I know several people who own Kias and there cars, were stolen as well. There are stiil trying to get there cars fixed other insurances they are giving them the run around. Thank you Allstate for helping me when i needed the most.
Allstate isn't any different from any other insurance. I was deeply disappointed during pandemic we were still being charged outrages fees even though we were not driving at all for a whole year. I had food delivered to my home as well as my groceries, therefore I did not drive at all but Allstate and the other insurances had no losses, they continued to collect money from clients even though we were not driving.

The best auto insurance I’ve ever had!!! You literally feel like they’re family. They have great energy and customer service, are super reliable and they’re honest people. They always answer their phones and make it easy to understand everything. Oh and they also provide other types of insurances !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU WONT EVER REGRET IT

Judith was very professional and answered all my questions clearly and promptly. She even went the extra mile to check up on me to see if there was anything else she could help me with later on in the day, which I appreciated. All in all I am very pleased with her customer service.
