I don't know if there's ever a worker at this location or how often they go and make sure everything is filled. I was washing my car on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago and the was doing the $5 wash and when I chose the Wax option... nothing comes out. I switch it back and forth and nothing. No wax. Pretty lame. I couldn't just jump to a different machine cause there was alot of cars waiting. I had to continue without the wax and of course the car looked horrible afterwards. This place needs to check more often so this kind of stuff doesn't happen.

The friendly neighborhood car wash. .That's what is should be called. The stuff especially Teresa are super down to Earth friendly. Very helpful. Don't mind the price, just join the Loyalty Program it pays off. And it's free.

j I have taken my cars there numerous times and have been reasonably happy with the wash. I in fact bought 4 and got 2 free. So last Thursday I took my 280 zx to get a luxury wash. 25.99 In my accessory plug I had the charging case and my almost new Apple iPods In them. Saturday I went to my car to get them and the case was there but the ear pieces were missing. That is the last place I had them the car came home and looked every where in my my car until I checked as thoroughly as I could I know I tip the people who dry my car do the tire dressing etc but either at the front end or at the back end they have a thief I noticed on a previous time the change in my ash tray was missing. It was only 60 cents but I was sure I had it but didn't think any more about it After looking at other reviews it seems I'm not the only one having things missing. Almost 10% of reviewers say that as well. This needs to be rectified or this business will not survive

SCAM ON OIL CHANGES. SCAM ON OIL CHANGES. They DO NOT fill with the right amount of oil, checked my gf's car after service and the car literally needed another whole carton of oil, complete b******** makes sense now because I've had other cars taken there and recently went somewhere instead, because after doing my oil change for years they all of a sudden " no longer carry that oil" they even offered to do it, but have me buy the oil form autozone,(they probably would not have used it anyways) and they told me my car looks like the oil is like 10,000 miles old, when I get an oil change at MOST every 4000, which means this place doesn't even change your oil sometimes, DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR ENGINE.

Don't risk coming here. Unfortunate experience I had here. We waited over an hour at this place only to find my windshield had been cracked. It was not previously cracked at all. Called the business to see if they'd rectify; at least a refund right? I had the "basic" wash which was only $16, they said they wouldn't because they have a sign that says they aren't responsible. Which I saw, but thought they'd at the very least refund considering now I have to pay to get this fixed, something of their causing! So that's that. I'm glad I didn't spend any more money on a more expensive wash as they wouldn't issue the refund. Don't risk coming here.

very bad service give in this car wash, I do not recommend it, do not spend your money on this place, they are not interested in the service, they are only charging and take your tip.
