If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm beyond frustrated. When I first got the car on June 29th I waited over 2 hours for it. The low tire pressure light came on the next day. Not wanting to deal with them I've just been filling it every time the light goes on. Today I decided I had enough. I've called them 4 times, I get put on hold and then the line hangs up before anyone answers. One time someone answered, listened to the issue, put me on hold, then hung up again. I don't know what to do. Do I just show up and have to wait there for another 2 hours? This place is seriously understaffed. They are making Longo look bad since they are on their campus.

Employee was kind and helpful. I had no problems whatsoever and car was nice, clean and ready when I arrived.

Horrible customer service, appointment was for 8 am and no one showed up until 8:15. The vehicle wasn't even ready.

Seriously! What is the point or reserving a vehicle online if when you arrive to your 9 am appointment and the person inside doesn't even have the car in their lot that you reserved! He brings a chair out and tells me to sit and wait they are trying to find a vehicle but that it should be 10 min. I've been waiting awhile and I don't see anyone coming. Guess the joke is on me.

I used to be so happy with them bc their service was excellent but over the last couple months it's gone completely down the drain. I rent 2-3 times a month and the last one they were 2.5 hours late picking me up causing me to have to reschedule an important appointment, and then they ended up giving me an absolute tank (nissan armada) instead of the mid-size car I wanted. I'm 5'3! I could barely reach the gas pedal! Their people at the location are fantastic! They're always nice and professional and just getting dealt a bad hand by corporate. Now the call center people are absolutely awful. Trying to modify a reservation today for next week, the website doesn't work and the call center keeps telling me to use the website and then disconnecting me to the "satisfaction survey". Seriously, not sure what's going on here but definitely going to be using Lyft from now on instead of renting.

Stay away from this enterprise they explain little to nothing and you will end up pay more then what being told. This place deserves 0 stars. The car was dirty when I received it.

I needed to rent a car because my car was in the shop so I decided to get something fun and get a convertible. The car I wanted was not available so Omar said that he would go pick it up from Ontario but I decided to just get a different one that they already had there. I ended up getting a 2020 convertible Mustang 5.0 which was one of the nice cars I've ever driven. When I picked up the car and dropped it off, customer service was perfect. Jesse dropped me off at the train station the next day and I droped my debit card in the shuttle. I called and he was back within 10 minutes with the card. I can't say enough about the customer service and will definitely use them again.

This is the worst place ever!! So when I rented the car I specifically asked if he has the damages on file and he said "yes I have every specific little scratch and dent in pictures on file" and I said ok cool thanks. I then asked what time I had to return my car and he said "before 6 but if you return it the day before then u can get a days worth of money back" I said cool thanks I will most likely do that. So the day comes to return the car and I returned it a day early to get my money back and he tells me "your car is damaged and you painted the car" tell me how in the world am I going to paint the car myself! And he also said that none of the damages were on file so that I made those damages. I blame myself for trusting the man that gave me the car and I blame your company for being so unprofessional. The guys Oscar and Anthony are very disrespectful and rude. They tried rushing me out so I wouldn't give them any feedback. I will NEVER rent from this place again!! Very rude workers and very unprofessional! And the fact that he said "you don't get the money back for returning it early because that wasn't in ur contract" what in the world!? This place sucks and I will make sure that EVERYONE knows it! He charged me $500 for the "damages I made and painted the car" I hate the fact that the man told me that he had the pictures on file but he really didn't ! He lied!!!! Also, Anthony tried saying that he's the one who gave me the car and walked me around it but he DID NOT! it was another man and he didn't even walk me around it ! I asked about the damages and he said clearly "I have every dent and damage in picture " I will take this very far! You don't deserve any stars!!! I'm very upset!

Bad service today. I called yesterday to see if my rental needed to be brought it because the mainlanders light went on and the girl I talked to said yes . I came today and now the man who I talked to said i was informed wrong. I live 40 miles away and I drove out here for nothing . They still put me in another car now that only had 3/8 of gas . So annoyed . The guy was also rude .

Forwarded the rental agreement to Enterprise. Funny how a friend of Nadia made a comment that I was just trying to get free gas. Silly man. Are you kidding? Why not face the fact that Nadia needs a bit more training? I know the reality of my experience and your biased opinion don't count. Thank you. Also, if you read the other reviews, you will see a common thread.

So the employees were nice and courteous. The car provided was good. My suggestion for anyone is to make sure you get their insurance because i got hit and had to pay my deductible eventho it wasn't my fault. Yes it will get reimbursed but i have to wait. You never know what's going to happen so pay the extra insurance with enterprise
