HORRIBLE customer service given to us by an older Chinese woman with gray hair. We came in to exchange a Christmas gift (a sweater). It was not worn since the size was a size too small. The return/exchange policy states that it cannot be worn or washed. It does not say anything else. Tags were taken off to hide the price. We also had a belt to exchange for a smaller size as well.
Once we got to the register the woman said we could not exchange the belt since the tags were off and she would not be able to sell it anymore. Again, their return/exchange policy did not say anything about items not having tags or anything about certain items being excluded from their exchange policy.
Then we told her about the sweater and she said it looked worn and didn't have the tags so she would not be able to sell it. We explained that it was not worn and that the policy didn't say anything about the tags having to be on still. She gave us an irritated look and then said we could go pick another size.
Do better with customer service and update your return/exchange policy. And NEVER give attitude to customers when it comes to these types of matters. Be professional if you want to keep customers coming back.

To say the least, it has a very vast quantity of items to choose from, along with great working apparel, such as dickies work for men and women uniform for kids, with various prices to choose from, ranging from high to midrange prices Now that can range from what you personally as a paying customer, consider what high to mid range prices to be., thus this can mean that it may be cheap priced but great quality or basic quality for high price.? Two stars because then definitely be a bit more helpful in costumer services and providing prices for calling consumers whom are just generally curious about the location and its products., ( they never seem to have restocked items they sell after they say they will restock the items.
