Leo is a very helpful person, first time here at this location my experience was great, he was very helpful walked me through/ answered all my questions and helped me choose the best products and polisher to start polishing my offroad tacoma. He also gave me a very helpful polishing class since im a beginner and have never polished befored walked me through every step from how to apply the compound to how to properly hold the torqx and polish a vehicle.

Ever since ownership changed this company has not been consistent with putting out their products they’re always out of stock I walked into El Monte store and the shelves were completely empty I counted like ten spray bottles scattered around I ask the young man for advice and he wasn’t knowledgeable he was trying to sell me another product I’ve used before and it wasn’t good at all I also asked if they were going out of business because of how empty the shelves he replied we’re waiting on a big shipment not to mention I was their 4 days ago I honestly believe they might be going out of business I wish Chemical Guys would’ve stayed the same or improved with new ownership but they completely ruined the business

My guy Chris really gave me a dope experience! he was very knowledgeable about the products they sell in store and gave me great recommendations and feedbacks on what products work the best for my car ! All in all the hospitality and experience was 10/ 10 definitely coming back!!! Y'all the best

I seen some products online and instead of ordering online to decide to head over to El Monte . Leo took care of me and was very knowledgeable of what i needed . Even explained to my son what it meant to detail a car. Definitely coming back for more products . Thank you Leo

My girlfriend was recommended to go to Detail Garage for the issues on her cars exterior. There were numerous tiny brown spots on her new car, as a result of parking under these trees at her work. The spots were either sap or what you call "honeydew". We tried conventional methods to remove the spots and nothing worked. Leo at Detail Garage had the answer. Problem solved. He methodically showed us how to use clay to bring the paint back to a luster. We then used a ceramic wax for a beautiful shine. Thank you Leo for helping us solving the problem !

Just completed my DIY Polishing Class with Leo and he was a true professional. He showed me the do's and dont's of the detailing business and also learned a little on Ceramic coating applications. This guy showed alot of patience and had all the answers I needed. Thanks Detail guys you are truly my number one stop for supplies!

Jose, thank you for your professionalismvery attentive and helped me choose a excellent product(Synthetic Quick Detailer ) which I use in between washes to remove bird droppings, finger prints, smudges ect. A few drops will do the job, if you overspray, then you’re wasting product.

I was the only girl in the store & I hope gender had nothing to do with it.. but I was not greeted at the door like the guys after me were. An associate didnt approach me to offer help either, as they did to other guys next to me. I was helped until I asked for it. Other than that, they were helpful & I found what I needed.

Thank you, Leo!!!! I went to the shop in El Monte since I was in the area. If Leo did not educate me on the products, I probably would have purchased the wrong products and possibly with 3D. Leo was not pushy at all, and he talked to me as if I were someone he knew and cared about. He asked me if there was a budget we could not go over (refreshing because most sales employees push until they get every penny out of you). After about $400, I felt comfortable because I wanted it, not because I was forced. Also, because I need different products for different cars just in case someone is wondering why so much. Leo also knows to keep a positive and friendly attitude. Hopefully, they treat him well cause I can use him for my company :-)

I'm new to detailing and Leo at the desk helped me out a lot. Took his time to make sure i knew what every product did and helped me pick out the products I needed. Even helped demonstrate how to use the wax and clay bar which worried me when first starting out. Would recommend. He deserves a raise
