Bad service in the pharmacy Terrence was not helpful. We went this morning at opening time 10am. We were told medication would not be ready until 4pm. What type of service is this? When you need medication for your sick children asap.

The manager (DANY) is very rude, you just walk into the store and he already witnesses with Aber's eyes if you are going to steal something. I don't like his attitude. And I have been going to that store for years and I have never heard anything like this happen with the other managers who had that store before. I liked to go more often now that he is almost no longer a boy because of his attitude. That has so many people. He is always angry, thinking that every person who enters steals and is after you. And what he really should realize is that he didn't realize that some perfumes were stolen from under his nose and even more so then.

The 5 starts is for Pharmacy and Mr Terrence. Every time I come here and not only for me. Mr Terrence have excellency in customer service. And make sure individuals are serve with proper manner and fair service. He is a very advocate of excellence customer service.

Danny was awesome!! Helped me as soon as I walked through the door and then he rang me up and asked me about my rewards. I put my number in and he told me if I spent 4 more dollars I'd get 10 off!! So cool! He was very friendly and helpful!! Thanks Danny!!!

Honor your extrabucks reward coupons. I spent over $30 on pampers on 7/22 so I can receive the $10.00 rewards as advertised. Coupon printed, everything was great. Come today 7/27 to use the extrabucks and the front end to say it is not valid and accused me of returning an item. I guarantee I did not return an item, because those pampers were for a baby shower. I am a loyal customer and to accuse me of lying is horrible. They said call customer service cause they could do nothing for me. I called customer service who basically said I lied about the coupon because there was no coupon # in the system. I told them I am holding the receipt, I am holding the coupon and gave the #. I did not return any items and I had just cut the coupon from the receipt there. To not honor your advertisement is a disgrace. False advertising to get the customer to spend should be illegal. Is it? I wonder how many people do you do this to? I had told many people about the CarePass and how good it was to spend at CVS and get cash back for rewards to use. Many complained they got swindled. I never believed it till now. So today, I cancelled my CarePass on another number that I had, also had my daughter and her boyfriend cancel theirs. You had my loyalty and now it is gone. Disappointed in the lack of care given by employees. As far as I am concerned you owe me $10.00 for the coupon I couldn't use. Since the manager on site at the time was unwilling to help and shrugged his shoulders, I'll do the same and never walk in that store again. SHAME ON YOU FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Inadequate employees and shady advertising will result in further loss of sales. Which is probably why you make your cashiers push CarePass, your hoping customer's forget to spend their $5 cause basically you are charging them $5 plus tax to take back their own $5 and get an additional $5. CROOKS!

Today I went to the CVS and this girl called Claudia, very good people, had the patience to help me at all times, very kind and patient at all times and answered all my questions and with a good character, I really loved her customer service. so there would be many like CLAUDIA, thank you for that you have a very efficient worker, I can truly say it, I was very satisfied with her work and her help ????
