This location has all services from a live person to automation and drive thru as well. Also,, easy free parking and a charging station for electric cars. There usually a line since tellers are not abundant anymore in many banks at time. Overall, great location.

This Chase branch is awesome. Called to schedule an appointment and was very friendly over the phone. Opened my business account here and Raul was very professional. Explained everything to me regarding disclosures and was really nice. Sherry the manager came by and introduced herself and was very welcoming. I will keep coming to this branch from now on. Love the vibes

This is the second time that I have had the left immediate atm machine inside break. The first time it ate my check and didn't recognize it, and this 2nd time (as I'm typing this now) the card is stuck with an infinite loop with my card locked in the machine. I can't even call the customer service line nor speak to staff about it be cause it's a Sunday evening. Someone really needs to go rip these machines out and replace it because it's tad ridiculous. Also the drive-thru atm also didn't accept deposits.

Needed help to reset debit card and reorder duplicate checks. No waiting in line, window teller was able to help me. Friendly courtesy. Took about 10mins.

I asked the bank teller for the Chase's bag so I can use it for my deposit check. The teller told me that I have to pay for it, not free. Some deposit checks missing my business name by one alphabet the teller rejected and don't want to deposit my checks, the manager came and told me the same thing. All I have to do is write another letter D in the name. Services are not acceptable with new customers like me. Asking for deposit slips, tell gave me one slip only and said one deposit one form I will never come back to this bank. Unprofessional and so rude.

The Chase I always go to. Excellent customer service from management and advisors like Peter and Eva. They're a valuable team. I love the drive thru ATM, highest of conveniences. You guys are awesome!

Called to make an appointment for a wire transfer. Holly was quick to help and I was able to come into branch immediately to get it taken care of. Her customer service skills are excellent and I felt like a valued customer. Would recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service.

Edited 2 years after first 5 star review - now a 1 star. I'm a business customer. When I was considering Chase I met with the branch manager and she was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. I explained my business, the how, what and why's, to familiarize her with my needs. Even before asking about their fees, my first question was how they handle check deposits holding times. I explained to her that because of a few times per year when an opportunity comes up I need to have funds available immediately or else I will lose the deal.She understood, and told me that in the beginning, since they don't know me or my business, they would hold larger deposits until they got to know me and then would gradually post all deposits for immediate availability. My previous bank, Bank of the West never held funds either, as this is very important to me and my business.So for two years they've been holding my check deposits overnight and available the next day.Yesterday I deposited checks because I needed to wire money today. On my deposit receipt it stated the funds to be available today.This morning I get a call from Chase and I'm told the funds will be held for 7 days. I won't mention all the bs I had hear, even as I asked and spoke to the manager. The Supervisor told me that only a deposit of cash would be acceptable to send the wire.But I told her that I can't go back and cancel the deposited check they're holding and I can't get the funds in cash from the other bank because it's already out of that account.I ask about a Cashier's check, but nope, 7 days holding.The people don't seem to understand that I not only will lose this great deal, but the seller will never trust or do business with my company again. And the condensation Chase had, repeatedly telling me to that it shouldn't be a problem for me, I just need to deposit $30,000 in cash.Mind you, I was already out $30,000 from the deposit Chase was holding, $30,000 I could no longer get from the original bank that issued the check, and now I need to find$ 30,000 more in cash! Thanks Chase, you're right, what am I complaining about? I've already lost access to $60,000 and it's so easy to find another $30,000 in cash on the trees!I don't have access to Jamie Dimon's wallet, but I remembered that the supervisor did say I had access to the money I deposited yesterday and I could send a check. She also said a deposit of$30000 in cash today would be immediately available for wire. So I'm going to Chase right now and see if I can get$30,000 out in cash and then deposit it back. And if this works, then it'll make me really angry with Chase and how they treat their customers. Because it shows me that their policy is to not give their customers what they want or need, but rather, make things as difficult as possible.I'm going to my branch now and if it works I'll talk to the bank manager to explain. If she helps to reassure me that this will never happen again, maybe I'll stay with them. If she doesn't want to help, I'll remind her that I left my previous bank for some of their policies, but Chase makes Bank of the West look like the bankers to Queen Elizabeth II.I'll finish the review after I get back from the bank.

I came to this bank on Thursday Nov 14/2019 and wanted to buy a cashier check and the printer did not work. Today Monday 18/2019I came again and the printer is still not working. I don't think Chase can't have money to buy a good printer is ridiculous.
