They never open their branch on time! Today they chatted and laughed inside the branch and let many people wait outside the door until 9:03am. If you can't open on time, DO NOT put your operation time on the door!!

The staff there as well as the branch manager “Lisa” are very arrogant. Lisa is more interested in finding out the customer service helpline hours than to find out information of account balance amount for free safe deposit box. She’s the branch manager, but she has no clue about anything including how accounts link and even giving wrong information. Information provided by the staff and even “Lisa” the branch manager is completely different from the staff at customer service helpline. I wasted so much time there. Chase is not the bank for me so I closed the accounts. BE CAREFUL with the staff there, they are not trained properly.

No signs displayed in front of the bank to let customers know this bank has been temporarily closed, just a rental cop/security guard who barely speaks English.

I always bank at this location, but this is my last time. Today I forgot my wallet at work, I had my checking act book physically and my digital DL. At the door I asked if I can deposit without my debit card, I knew my ATM pin#, the person said yes but the cashiers wont be able to give me a balance. I said it is ok I dont need my balance I just want to deposit because I was on my brake. At the window, the cashier said she can't do it. I requested to talk a supervisor 3:40 pm (I didnt get her name, lady wearing Gray colors in her mid 30s or 40s) she came to the window and said she can't overpass because my DL was digital. Really! It was so frustrated that a worker at that level couldn't help with a deposit of $980 cash. Remember! There is always a better way to help a good customer.

I haven’t been very happy with this bank , they pick n choose who they want to hold their. Checks and if they hold your whole check but they make sure they charge wat you owe n still continue to put the rest of your check on hold I have money n I cant get it out in that case I wont deposit my checks anymore they wont be my first priority , I know I’m justa a customer less I know bc at some point long ago when u habe more than enough money they cater to you but when u don’t they wont answer your calls I was with the hold department for 3 hrs n no one answered

I went today today to pull out money from my EDD card. This money was from a fraud case with BOA that took 2 months to resolve. I spoke to the teller named Tania Gomez Aguayo. I gave her my ID and pulled out 883 dollars. I then asked her to put it into my main account for Chase. She kept on calling me Mr. Flores. I didn't think anything of it, but when she gave me the receipt, the balance had 32,000 dollars in it. I went to a ATM inside the bank to pull out money and noticed the 883 she put into my account wasn't there. I went back to her and she realized she put it into someone else's account. She didn't apologize for her mistake. If I hadn't caught her mistake then I would have been out of the money. Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Chase locked my account for like the 100th time and I had no access to my funds or account. I told her my situation, and she said there is no banker on duty. Which does not make sense. I don't know if they just don't want to fix the problem, but otherwise this was a useless option going to branch. Nothing but continuous problems which in they keep locking my account for fradulous activity which is not a problem but the amount of time wasted... about 2-4 hours to fix it. They really make it frustrating and time consuming to fix problems like this due to: bad system , unprepared employees, or something...

Today, I went to this location to apply for a bank card. Judy received me. She was very enthusiastic and introduced me to the process. She was very polite and patient. Because my English was not very good, she tried to slow down as much as possible. Let me understand as much as possible, thank you very much for her help today

The clerk can't even assist you with mortgage payoff. End up I went to the Chase locate at corner of Santa Anita and Lower Azusa, the payment is taking care. Chase on Main Street/El Monte is needs to evaluate and retraining their employees for better assistant. A greeting person is very important for running any type of business.

All staff is very nice and helpful. The parking lot attendant is just a great. I don't like using the ATMs at night though because people rudely park in the fire lane right along the ATM sidewalk barrier and quite a few are just as terrible to park in the Disabled spaces just because they feel they have the right in less user traffic times. Both things are illegal and a nuisance.

there merchant account services can and will cause you to lose a job and monies. they input improper information, transfer you to the Philippines where they have issues communicating as well as call you a liar and give information that is not correct causing extreme stress that can lead to extreme stress and cause irreparable damage physical, mentally as well as limited my ability to move forward thus causing damage to those in conjunction. Do not use Chase Bank Merchant Services and Paymentech if you don't want to lose all that you've worked for....
