“Firestone is a full service auto shop! The staff was very helpful in identifying my transmission oil leak, getting the part ordered, and my car fixed in no time, likely saving me from a bigger repair in the future. They are also very honest in the assessment, and had reasonable pricing to diagnose the problem! I also like their business hours, since I work 8-5, and that there is an option drop the car off after hours! Would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone!”

“This guy is really great! Got some new tires put on for a super reasonable price. Then when my boyfriend ran over a nail a few months later in my car we brought it over to see if he'd patch it up for us real quick. I think he said he'd rather not patch it as it might not hold up, but my boyfriend insisted that we were in a hurry and just needed a quick fix. He ended up telling us he wasn't feeling great about the job he did patching it and that since we bought the tires here in the first place, he'd just replace it for free if we came back at a better time for us! Whaaaat. I wasn't even able to make it back for another week or 2 and his patch DID hold up fine, but he still gave me the tire when I came back :,) Thought that was super cool of him considering he didn't have to do any of it for us at all! Quick, cheap, reliable business”

“I found a screw in my tire over the weekend. I showed up soon after calling Dave about pricing and availability, and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. When Dave handed me my keys, he told me to have a great rest of the weekend and wouldn't charge me for the repair. I understand that it doesn't take much effort nor is a costly service, but it's a business and charging me is the bare minimum I'd expect. Thanks, Dave!”

“I gave this five star to a guy whose name is Alex! I came here around 6:50pm April 13th. There's only 10 mins left before tire center closed. My tire was broken in this raining cold day. A young guy Alex who works here and greeting me with his big smile. He is very patient to help me resolve my problems. I am an old man. He helped me change a temporary tire and let me back tomorrow morning. The next morning I came back , my old tire had been already fixed perfectly. I'm so touched by his wonderful service!
