I have been a chase Credit card user for past 3 years. I a sapphire card with a 5 figure credit card. Never had a reason to call them so was very happy. Then I bought a tickets for an event which got canceled. That is when I encountered a very condescending agent(ARGY) who refused to file a dispute. I called again their mainline to close account. They again put me on hold for an hour phone. I am done and don't rebonded chase credit card to anyone. Good riddance.

Chase sucks. They do not honor their promises on credit cards. I did not tecieve the points promised. Paid it off and closed in 4 months. Not dealing with dishonest companies. LIAR, LIAR!
