The JP Morgan investment advisor has repeatedly put up road blocks preventing us from being able to access my incapacitated mother's funds for her care. Despite providing them court rulings proving our authority to use the funds, they refuse to cooperate. We've even tried to transfer the account to another bank, but they keep playing games with us and rejecting the transfer. They don't want to give up her sizable account. It's come to the point where I have had to consider contacting Adult Protective Services.

I encounter a scammer and had to quickly close my account. Jose M. Was the banker helped us on that day, he was very polite, helpful,and professional. I am very grateful for his help.

I have been a chase Credit card user for past 3 years. I have sapphire card. Never had a reason to call them so was very happy. Then I bought a tickets for an event which got canceled. That is when I encountered a very condescending agent(ARGY) who refused to file a dispute. I called again their mainline to close account. They again put me on hold for an hour phone. I am done and don't recommend chase credit card to anyone. Good riddance.

Understaffed, take an appointment prior to your visit. I went to solve a problem with a new card but just once person were helping clients and another one as cashier. I was told to check on other branches and when we were leaving the bank appeared a woman that solved my problem in 5 min.

Chase sucks. They do not honor their promises on credit cards. I did not tecieve the points promised. Paid it off and closed in 4 months. Not dealing with dishonest companies. LIAR, LIAR!

I used the drive-thru ATM several times during last week (Today's Date: Sep 06, 2020) and unfortunately, ATM's buttons are super dirty, please wash and clean your ATM machine as you keep the place safe for your customers and your employers by wearing the face mask & staying 6 ft away.

Wonderful branch! I live and work near this branch, so I find myself going inside occasionally. The staff is amazing, and truly considerate. They are professional and the environment is clean. This branch stands out, specifically, due to their near drive-thru ATM.

This chase will charge a $8 fee to non customers to cash a check written from a chase account! If you value your money don't keep it in a bank where criminals like these can hold it from you, nickel and dime you, and turn it over to the government if you don't wear a mask.
