First cashier said I'd be charged $5 restocking fee so I was ok with that for the item.
Went to return item same day, and 2nd cashier said it was a $20 restock fee.
Was charged restocking fee for a new unopened item even though the harbor freight website says they don't charge fees for that. Guy was smug the whole time and didn't care.
Feels like they're pocketing the fee they weren't supposed to be charging.

Tools at a good price, despite being Chinese they seem to be of good quality, I am not a professional, but they work very well for home work, if you wait for them to put in a special, you can save a few good dollars.
