The worst service of all, I have had my mustang there for 3 months and they can't just give me news, they haven't even opened the engine to talk to the agency, I try to talk to the person who left my car in charge and they just can't have contact with him it seems like they are evading me

This dealership is 10/10. Mike and Jessie made buying a car such a great experience. My husband and I drove 2 hours to go look at a truck they had and took our kids (3 and 6) with us. Everyone was so friendly my kids actually had a good time. The car buying process was very straightforward and transparent. I would absolutely make the drive again and recommend them to anyone willing to make the drive.

Service was awesome. All questions got answered respectfully the entire time. The great part is I was able to keep it local. Had a horrible experience with another local dealer but Jesus at El Centro Motors Ford made the entire process simple and easy. The anticipation of the build was more stressful. Would definitely recommend doing business with them. Ask for Jesus Enriquez!

Do NOT shop here for your next vehicle!!
Took in my 2023 Ford explorer because it started throwing smoke(yes 2023, brand new car) they kept it 2 days and proceed to tell me there is nothing wrong with it that it did not throw smoke when they checked it. So I take it home and I started recording every time I turned it on and sure enough it’s throwing smoke. I make a second appointment and again they tell me they can’t see any smoke, this time they kept it one week. My husband decides to go in on his day off to follow up on the car and they still try to tell him there is no smoke. He then tells the tech to start it with the remote and guess what, yes a cloud of smoke. So now to order parts and work on it took another week. I called on Thursday, supposedly was supposed to be ready and they tell me they were not done, so I wait until Friday morning I call and can not get a hold of my advisor and nobody knew anything. I call again around 2pm since they close at 5 and they do not open on the weekend. The receptionist very rude tells me, “oh it’s you, yes we are currently working on your problem it will be ready at 5pm” My husband goes to pick up the car and on his way home the trim on the drivers side front tire is flapping all over the place, the mud cover is now shredded due to the tire rubbing on it and the screws never got put in place. So guess where I ended up again, more parts now had to be ordered due to the poor labor performed since they wanted to leave at 5pm that Friday. Yeah the turbos got replaced and the trims ordered, but this is honestly the worse customer service department. So if you want to avoid this type of headaches shop elsewhere.
