“Came here to open a bank account. It was super busy but I was happy to see the line went quickly. Now the guy who open our account was very nice but oh my god did it take for ever! It should not have taken him an hour. All our information was already in the computers. Not sure what took so long. No bathrooms, had to leave and run to McDonalds. Free parking. Nice employees. No free coffee like some banks.”

She didn't have to do that because we can all see they were all busy but it was nice to know they cared”
