I took my Dodge Nitro 2008 to Al’s Transmission to have the solenoid in the transmission replaced and got taken care of by Frank. Frank left my Dodge running like new and was very professional. This family saved me. My car wouldn't start back up after a quick stop on the way from San Diego to Tucson, and it was a Friday late morning. I called 4 places to ask for help and all blew me off on account of it being a Friday? Al's answered the phone, fit me in and were welcoming and kind. I even convinced their manager, I think his name was Daniel, to speak on the phone with my car guy back home so they could compare notes. Daniel confirmed it was the fuel pump, got a new one and installed it by the end of the day. I truly thought I would just get a rental car and come back Monday, but they busted a** and got it done. I am convinced this pump issue caused the car to not start on occasion in the past, and now it is fixed. I am grateful for this place. They were honest, gave me a good price and fit me in when I was far from home and in a bit of a desperate situation. They do more than transmission. They are kind, fair and good people. Highly recommend.

I've taken an f150 and an Acura TL with transmission problems and both times were direct on the problem and got them fixed with a very fair price.

My breakdown happened over the last holiday. No one answered their phone except these guys. They tild me "up front" everyone was going away for the holiday & wouldn't be able to help me. BUT someone would come to me (7:30am) and look at the vehicle, see what mught be done. 20 minutes later Hector showed up, confirmed the repair problem, called another repair shop and set me up to have the repair. I am so grateful! Thank you, Hector!

I brought my car here with some transmission issues. It was late and they let me bring the car after hours. Irma was super nice and let my friends and I wait there for a ride even though they weren't open. Even though I decided to donate the car rather than repair it, they were very nice. Even later when there was some confusion about payment, Frank resolved it with me quickly and honestly, which I appreciated.

This is beyond Wow! If I could give the owners Frank and Irma Guzman 10 stars I would! My car has been having transmission issues lately and has been slipping which has prevented me from taking it out of town. I was facing at least a $1,000 repair bill until the good Lord put these fine folks in my life. My awesome mechanic Daniel worked on a diagnostic for a few hours, found the issue, ordered the part and got it installed. Two days worth of work from diagnostic to install set me back only $250. I can't get this type of service in the bigger cities. Very honest and upfront. I love these guys!! Thank you for taking such good care of my car!

I live up in Chico and I lost my transmission in the Sand Dunes rescuing a broke down dirt bike less than a week before Christmas. Everyone worked hard to get my truck running before Christmas so i can make it home. I appreciate everything they did. Honest people that will not lie about broken stuff to make an extra buck. He will tell you straight up what you need or not and charge you fairly. I highly recommend this shop to any and all in need in the surrounding areas. Under Promised and Over Delevired.

Burned up the transmission in the sand dunes getting a blown up motor cycle on the 19th of Dec. They worked after hrs and had it rebuilt on the 23 rd and opened the shop on Christmas eve so we could travel back home 600 miles. gave us a very fair price and saved our vacation. This was on a 2008 ram diesel 6sp auto i highly recommend this shop. Frank is a great guy!

I was traveling through the area when I discovered a massive leak from my transfer case. I contacted Irma about the possibility of getting the leak fixed and despite their tight schedule for a friday afternoon she was willing to take my vehicle in for the repairs. The technician performed the work in a timely manner and as a result the price was fair. I can't thank the folks at Al's transmission services enough for getting the work done for me and keeping me from being stranded.
