Usually like the prices here. But the hardest thing about shopping here is trying to NOT be run over by all the employees who doing the online shopping. They barrel through the store with their giant carts with blue bins staring at their phones as if they are the only ones in the store. They butt in front of you while you are reaching for an item and take that item, and they block access to items with their giant carts while standing in a group apparently gossiping. Have also given up on buying something just because I couldn't reach because the store employee shoppers blocked access with their carts. I have experienced similar issues at grocery stores and understand this is not only happening at Walmart, but those employees do not seem as oblivious about what is going on around them. Am a little surprised i haven't witnessed anyone get knocked over or hurt.

The Mobile order pick up is an absolute disaster! They push the orders thru as if they were complete to meet their delivery times but have the customers sitting outside in their cars for hours waiting for someone to bring out their groceries. After sitting there for hours I decided to cancel my order. I went back to this Walmart to pick up a few items that were in the cancelled order and to my surprise there was an item that I ordered on the shelf, WITH MY PERSONAL INFO STILL ON THE ITEM! I am so livid. Absolutely unacceptable. So much for privacy. I called the store multiple times to speak to a manager and I had no one answer the phone in ANY of the departments. Customer service is a shit show at this place. I ripped that sticker off so fast, it was easy to do so I'm not sure why someone who gets paid to do this job couldn't do it themselves.

I visited the wireless dept today in search of a new Verizon phone. I worked with Lance and I want to give him MAJOR kudos! He didn't try to oversell me, he looked for the best fit for my needs and went FAR AND ABOVE my expectations. He assisted in complete setup and aided in transferring my data. I have seen him at work on many other occasions and he is always soooo personable and outgoing with everyone! He can multitask like a beast. PLEASE...Give him a high five and a raise!

I know Walmart maybe does not get a lot of 5-star reviews, but I had to leave one today. On Black Friday, I ordered a 65-inch TV for $228, and what is so amazing was they delivered in 2 days for FREE.

Walmart is the best! I love shopping on their app and getting everything delivered to my house and my sons place in Illinois ! They just make everything so easy for my family. Great pricing & selection.

Most of the time, I use self-service because I only have a few things. That said, customer service is still everything. All the stars go to the cashier who helped me to check out. I'm not a dunce, and I know how to work these machines. This time, none of the buttons I pressed on the screen responded to my touch. It wasn't until the cashier stepped in, punched those very same buttons, and cashed me out. It was her very hard touch that worked. Why, Walmart? This was my first experience at this location. I was surprised to see so many options for pizza and cold take-out food! I'll probably bring my husband the next time I come, but I won't use self-service even if I have one item.

We have a 95 yr old mother we take care of and have to have deliveries to the house. Usually we don't have problems BUT needed groceries and ordered early in Am. Was suppose to get by noon at 4 pm still nothing, 2 calls to customer service and this Walmart doesn't even answer their phones! Manager at this store is horrible, service terrible, shelves not stocked-- Walmart needs to go in and revise, renew, and fire a lot of people! This place is a definite waste of your own time. I had walked in to check to see if a couple of my items were left behind, sure enough they were telling me that my items were picked up by my friend and that she had them. Try to avoid this location at all cost if you can.

ok i just got back from wal mart...and i seen two of the biggest rats I have ever seen in my life running around chasing each other ...they were black and huge...i told the girl when i left that checks you ticket she looked like she was going to faint when i told her about it...i got home called wal mart and the store operator told me they know about it and are working on it...hellloooo you have rats...ill find somewhere else to spend my money.. i am not afraid of them but it was disturbing...to see in person...the rats looked like they weighed at least ten pounds..and well fed..I had to take a second look at my veggies...and washed them extra good...yikes.

The Walmart super center is amazing. They are also very friendly. We came here for car service materials like oil and a oil filter. They always seem to have what we need. The ambience is great. The place is always upbeat and clean. They must have great management.

This Walmart has THE WORST customer service. If you're not from the same culture as they are you get ignored. I had purchased earrings which had to be held at cosmetics (understandably). When I went to make my purchase to cosmetics, I was denied to be rang up because I had "too much stuff". I had under 10 items. Walking by cosmetics previously when I was shopping, I saw her ringing up customers who had CART FULLS of items. Maybe it was because I wasn't the same ethnic descent. Everyone in that store needs to go through an implicit bias education class.

DO NOT EVER SHOP AT WALMART. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I ordered over $250 worth of groceries for delivery. The delivery driver was supposed to show up at 11am yesterday and never arrived nor did he deliver the food back to the store. He basically stole all my food that I had bought for my two little children. I spent over 2 hours trying to call the store to which no one can pick up a phone. After I finally got through to someone I was told it was never returned back to the store even though they told me it was returned in their system. I was then told they cannot do anything and to call 1800walmart. To which I did several times only to be hung up on. I then went to the store and had to search the entire store for a manager to which I was ignored by multiple workers and a few even rolled their eyes and raised their voice. One even told me he was "off" and walked away mid sentence. I finally found someone and sat there for 3 hours with two little kids just for them to tell me they can't even refund my card the money THEY STOLE because "their system won't allow it". I refuse to allow this and I will get my money. WALMART YOU OWE ME $273. I EXPECT A REFUND IN FULL TODAY. Also check your employees. I have never witnessed such rude customer service before in my life. Do better.
