10/10 recommend this pharmacy. Everyone was out of my medicine the pharmacy manager worked with me and my medical needs to make sure I did not have to go to the ER or urgent care in order to to keep my health good.

MY experiences with Vons El Cajon on Avocado has been 10 stars. They are professional, polite and go the extra mile for example my doctor called in a 100mg pill and wanted me to split in half the pharmacy called my doctor and switched it to a 50mg dose. I am grateful for their help

I love shopping here ..but today it fell way below my normal experience not only did you not have any Anaheim Chile's I neededThe express cashier Maty just disgaurded the bag I brought threw to the end of the conveyer and all my groceries pushed all the way to the end all 7 of them which I don't mind bagging myself if it is busy I was the only one in line usually the cashier is kind enough to bag the items but I felt totally disregarded as a customer today.

If I can give negative rating, definitely I would since I had the worst pharmacy experience at this location, the pharmacy manager Peter is really rude and unprofessional, my dad lost his non-controlled medicine, I called the pharmacy to request another refill and pay out of pocket, but the pharmacist peter refused and said that he think that my dad is not using his medicine properly! and he can’t refill it to him, even after I told him that he lost it and he has no medicine and he really needs it by now! I am working with another chain pharmacy but because I’m using good Rx so it is cheaper to get it from Vons pharmacy and because of my job in pharmacy I know the laws, and how we should provide excellent experience to patients, show empathy, taking care of them and be professional, but the way this manager deals with me lacks any of these and really disappointing to see a person like him work as manager at such big company. Finally, I called the corporate office to reported this issue and waiting for it to be solved because my dad doesn’t have his medicine now!

The male pharmacist Peter was disrespectful and unprofessional when he loudy said the medication I'm taking and others in the area could have heard. I think I have the right to privacy. Ever since I've been going there it seems like I have problems with them. My experiences at CVS across the street have been better. The staff there seem much friendlier and the only reason I go to the Vons Pharmacy is because they offer the good Rx price for a medication I want.

I had bad experience with one of the cashier NO. 3 the time was 11.15 am 03/12/21 she had bad attitude she throw my stuff I told her why do you do that she said this is American woman.

Gross, under staffed grocery store. Thanks to this ghetto grocery store I've discovered Amazon Fresh and almost never shop here any more. The lines are always incredibly long. So many people need jobs and this place simply won't hire more employees to help the shopping experience not be so miserable. Standing g in line for 30 minutes every time is ridiculous!

I came in to get food on August 10, 2020, when I had nothing at home, and I was thrown out of the store while shopping. Two employees including a manager accused me of having stolen multiple times from the store when in fact I have never stolen anything ever. The manager more or less refused to even speak to me, and the security guard wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager even though I was being calm and polite. The employees were both very rude. I might file a complaint

The supervisor more or less refused to even speak to me, and the security guard wouldn't allow me to speak to the supervisor even though I was being calm and polite. The employees were both very rude. I might file a complaint against these employees and the store.Update: I spoke with someone, possibly one of the people who made me leave. She said I can talk to someone the next time I come in. I will, and I appreciate her giving me a chance to explain myself over the phone, but they should've allowed me to explain while I was in the store, before assuming that I was stealing and throwing me out, because I know there is no evidence I've ever stolen anything, only false accusations.I take my time when I shop. Often it takes me a while to decide whether or not to buy an item. Sometimes I pick things up and put them back. This might be why some employees are suspicious of me. Maybe the employees should not assume the worst in people, and maybe they should take time to see if there is any concrete evidence of theft before making such serious accusations, because all they had was "he said, she said."

There was this lady I didn't get the chance to catch her name but she's taller and she works in the deli section if someone knows her name plz post it but she's awesome and I didn't know vons was still making sandwiches because of COVID, anyways she recommended it and I loved and enjoyed and way cheaper and healthier then most places you get a clean, good size and bomb burrito for $4 go snatch

I was having a bad day last Thursday and a cashier named Gina was super friendly and She cheered me up!!!! I asked what I could do for her and She said I can "write her a review" Thank you for making my day better and being an Essential worker! I appreciate you!
