This store is crazy over priced , they wanted 160$ to ship empty boxes. It was cheaper for me to go home and print out a label then drop it off. On top of that the manager calls me and tells me my package isn’t wrapped good enough and the converier belt will rip my label right off and suggested I need to wrap it better so I did then I get xtra fees added on for the weight being off from the original size and weight. Thanx guys horrible experience

Those busy people are so efficient! They literally can do two service jobs simultaneously! They are energetic and very courteous. It's a blessing to us that they are here! ✔️??

I did not like the customer service at the phone when I call I ask hi how are you? They say is busy. I said I’m sorry say, how can I help? Can I have a attitude? I did just ask about my tracking package. I supposed to receive it today I understand they’re busy, but the customer service is First. The phone be nice with the people.

Ben, Joseph, and Jessica always provide me with the best services each and every time i come here, which is often. I'm always returning quite a few items, and they're always so patient and helpful during the process. I'm in and out within a few minutes regardless of the number of packages I have. They're awesome!

Great customer service. Today, I was helped by Hudson. What a nice young man! So polite and helpful. Very patient, too. He even remembered me from the last time I was here as well. This UPS STORE is nice, clean, and organized. Will continue to come to this location. And now they are open on Sundays, that's a bonus.

Nicest and efficient people. They have a notary there too which is reasonable priced. I have PO Box there too which they take good care of. They have sent out over 50 pieces of overnight mail during covid and got everything to the right location and on time. I highly recommend them over FedEx or the post office. They changed ownership recently, but they seem to have maintained the same excellent service.
