I used to come to this Target for stuffs that regular locations near my house didn't carry, in between 2018 to 2020, but now it seems a bit slow here, I couldn't find much interesting things to buy here anymore, oh I miss the time where I could find the entire Venom Marvel Legends wave here, I didn't even need to stop by the Gamestop next door, maybe it was just the 2nd week of the year, they still have to restock later hopefully.

The El Cajon Target looks like something out of a third world country. I entered the store around 3 and 2 kids on an electric scooter were riding around in the store and they hit the end of the isles by the greetings cards. I told them to not ride in the store and one of the kids gave a smart ass response and kept going. I brought it to the attention of at least 5 employees and they all didn't seem to care or I assume are just used to that type of ridiculous behavior. The El Cajon Target store manager has absolutely no control of the store they are responsible for and should be reprimanded or fired. I told one of the employees I will never again shop in the store and it's disgraceful how little regard they have for their customers. I have shopped there for over 10 years and I will take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. The manager and worker at the exchange area were rude and disrespectful. They were very unprofessional and possibly didn't want to help me or gave me attitude either for the way that I looked or just judging me off my character. I would like this target to be investigated for not wanting to help their customers. I came in the morning when there aren't any other customers in the store but a lot of employees just standing around not wanting to help me. To top it off their attitude was horrible like they have been on drugs or something. Sounded snappy and agitated. Never will I return to this target again.

I had bought a kids huffy bike for my granddaughter and the peddles were missing so I took my receipt back to pick up a set of peddles. Some might ask why I did not bring back the bike but I all ready put it together, it won't fit in my car unless I take it back apart. I should not have to take it apart and do all the work if it is there problem. Just give me the peddles and we could have had a customer for life, now you don't. Do not shop their because if you have a problem like mine then they make it your problem.

Really poor customer service and bad attitude from workers, I do not know what the issue is ,looks like no one e wa to to be there?!Take the day off or if you hate it that much go work somewhere else!Manager, do you ever watch the cameras, or ask people in the store while walking around, or maybe on the door while leaving?! Do not think so.

This Yelp review is for the CVS pharmacy inside this Target- they are seriously the best!! They are always so helpful and refill my orders super fast! I have lots of meds I am always refilling so they know me now and always welcome me with kindness every time I see them

I stopped going to the La Mesa store near my house because they allow people to bring their pets in and they don't clean up after them. That store is just gross, the carts are disgusting and I have narrowly missed stepping in dog urine more than once. I've been to this location a couple times now and not once have I seen any people with pets inside, a good sign. The service here is way better than the other stores I've been to, although the layout is pretty weird, some areas just feel like they're putting stuff out that they can't be bothered to place in a better location. There's plenty of parking and there's a GameStop in the same lot, so my kid approves.

I haven’t been to this location in quite a while, and I was surprised to see all of the aisles in the soap and shampoo section to be under lock and key, as well as the laundry section detergents are under lock and key. I find this very odd.

I stopped at This Target on the way home from my Mom's home. Half of the things I wanted were locked behind glass. I waited a few minutes to get someone to unlock the case for some shaving cream. I waited by the liquid laundry case ( not the pods but the big bottles) for 5 minutes and no one came, so I left without even looking for the other items on my list - and then got them at Vons for a lower price. I really hope the Target closer to home isn't like this. If it is, I see many more Amazon purchases in my future.

Good luck shopping here they have completely locked up half of the personal items aisle. laundry soap is all locked up and body wash and hair care products are all locked up and deodorant and shaving creams and razors, and half of their vitamin isle. And i mean entire aisles not just a section. They can barely have enough people to be cashier upfront or self check out. I have come here many times and it will always take me 20 to 35 minutes to check out and now they do this where we have to physically push a button in order to grab an attendant to get laundry soap, or any of the items listed above, can only imagine how long that's going to take and add to the time of check out. No longer shopping at target that was my second chance after what happened last time to target for me. (Boycott for insane clothing that went all over the US)

Unfortunately, I've continually had frustrating experiences in here. The music and the bass was so loud it was very disturbing while I rolled my damaged cart through the store. You kept making one of those noises. I had been told the item was in stock, with plenty, but no, it wasn't there. There was very little assistance, and I had to shout very loudly to get the attention of the retail worker. Her attitude was so jaded in lackadaisical. I've given this place too many chances--no more! And yet when I go to the la Mesa store, things seem to work out.
