I had a sprint t mobile conversion. I went 4 times due to complexity of our conversion. The service reps were very professional. Edgar, Sébastien, Hiram and Johnny waited on me. Another man also helped me on one trip but gave me wrong info. It didnt matter though cause their wifi was down that day. They handle any problem with such calm perseverance. I offered to buy them a starbucks card but they graciously declined. Don't use phone customer service is awful and absolutely no help.Good job gentlemen. It wasn't just me that they handled so calmly. After 4 trips I had 5 hours of watching them.

The staff has no customer service skills and are not professional. Try to avoid this location. You'll never guess the exact location when it's dark outside because their sign doesn't come on. Oh, and try to take a folding chair with you to sit on since they only have two dirty chairs by the door. They're ridiculous.

Albert was great to work with. We were able to consolidate three separate phone bills into one family account, pick new phones for my mom and dad, and migrate their data. He was attentive, responsive, and helped us throughout the process.I would highly recommend him and strongly urge T-mobile to promote him.

By far the worst service ever. A year ago I went to switch from Verizon to Sprint. The worker told me Samsung was having buy one get one so I got one for my mom. Finds out I'm buying both when it was supposed to be only one. The guy told me to add three free lines and return the phones in a year and my bill would not change. So I did, a year later try to return the phones to find out that also was a lie. The worker there told me that guy no longer works for sprint and did this to multiple people. But since I signed the contract I agreed to everything. But I only signed because the worker told me what he did. Also I got a watch that day and he told me it would be half off well nope I'm still paying full price for it.This store and the liers they have working there is ridiculous!!!I'm calling corporate tomorrow to try to handle

Sprint is the worst NETWORK ever. PLUS sprint has no live customer support a huge joke. I'm happy with my s8 plus on Verizon. Now I made the switch over on the T-Mobile NETWORK it's #1 for sure. Much quicker and more bars everywhere I go. Plus my new s8plus is paid off and my bill is cut by 50%.
