I was coming in to purchase 1 SUV and 2 Sedans today in full price all cash. I wasn’t looking to negotiate I just wanted to purchase the cars for the exact price listed online. We were all set to go until this gentleman named Jaeden gave me and my family an attitude with rude responses. Went over to Mercedes Benz nearby and they treated us with the utmost respect so therefore they won my money and I left with a way BETTER car. You can thank Jaeden for losing 3 car sales!

Jaeden Serrano is a very racist sales consultant. He has the worst attitude out of every dealership I’ve been at in the area this has by far been the worst one because of Jaeden. Do this location a favor and get rid of this guy!!! He’s holding you back! Treated me terribly due to the way I looked.

It looks like they want to make you pay more . We bought a Nissan kicks 2022 model and during the 6 months period we had to take the car for different services and repairs. It was a used car but it looks like they did very little on the car before selling it so that we would be the ones to pay for repairs. Even though during the time of purchase our car had rather low mileage about 30k they hadn't done the maintenance and repairs before selling it. And now they want to charge us $800 for replacing tires sensors. They just want to get you pay more and more. And when we talked to the management they said all they could do was to buy the car from us after we paid all this money, they offered us only $14,000 even though we had paid $22,000 to buy it and also spent a lot on repairs and services.

They will take advantage of unknowing customers. Lilly sold my aunt a car at 10% APR when she has nearly an 800 credit score. When I questioned Lilly and the Assistant manager, they told me that my aunt should have researched a little more regarding what she should receive as an apr before buying. DONT GO HERE.
